by selecting the transfers on each age and adding the numbers ( < 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25-28, >29 ) I also know now that there are a lot of cyclists aged 21 - 24 for sale.

Of course that's one explanation, and for some cyclists absolutely true. But it's not the only reason, and you know. There is a way too big cyclists dump (cyclists who can ride a bike ), every day the prices go lower and lower.

A problem that occurs with the new investments is that the money cannot be used to bid on the transfermarket. Example: Lets say I have 15M of which 10M is invested. So actually I have 5M to spend immediatly. I see on the transferlist a cyclist of 10M that I would like to buy. But it is impossible to bid, because I only have that 5M to spend. What if I really want to buy the cyclist and I want to withdraw some investments for it? Ok, that is possible, but it would be really annoying that I withdrew investments for a bid of 10M and someone else will bid more. Than I would have withdrawn the investments for nothing. So, is it possible to create a solution for this? I don't have the right solution yet, but that's why I make this reply Possible (not perfect) solution would be to increase current bank balance with the investments (-5% for possible withdraw) and when buying a cyclist on the TL that is more expensive than the money on the bank without investments, automaticely investments are withdrawn until the team has enough money to pay the rider.

That's exactly the reason WHY investments were introduced: to have to choose whether to invest your money and not be able to do anything with it, or keep it in your account but not get any interest from it ;D The problem is intentional

I think investments are a good solution (really, i can be positvie ), but it's unlucky that it comes together with the training changes. Now people put money on an investment, which means the prices will go lower and lower because there is less money in the game, it's temporarely taken out of the game.

On the other hand, rich teams now know they can't invest more than 25M, so for them it makes no sense to keep the remaining money (unless they have long term plans with it) ... so they can spend it on the market.

There are much more 'poor' teams then rich teams so that argument doesn't count.

it's not about the teams, it's about the transfermarket. Without people bidding on cyclists, poor teams will never be rich teams

It's probably just coincidence, but last two weeks only 1 or 2 of the 25 cyclists in my training pool skilled. Most other weeks the minimum amount has been 4, and average normally has been about 5-6 cyclists.
As I said, it's probably just quiet before the storm, but you never know...
