Damn, the new investment feature is interesing as well. You now need to make the choice between putting money aside and getting some benefit from it about one season later OR keeping your money to invest in some good cyclist(s). Like it was earlier, you gained a small amount weekly, but at no matter what moment you could use your money. Like it is now, you need to make choices. That's what a management game is about ! More of these interesing implements, please !

But it is hard selling one for 5k after you payed 350k for him 1,5 months ago. Yes, and also hard to sell cyclists for 5.000 after having spent about 45 weeks to train them and having paid about a weekly salary of 2.500 for them. => 5.000 - (45 x 2.500) = a loss of more than 100.000. I have quite some decent cyclists for 3rd or 4th level, but unfortunately I'm in division 2, so they can't make more than that 100.000 for my team anymore. Some weeks ago I could have sold them for 200k to 500k, but as I was waiting for them to pop and they didn't yet (or only just), they're quite useless now. And of course, it's even much more harder to just sack them, no ? Therefor : Could there be a solution to solve that 75% of the players now need to sell a lot of their cyclists and don't get money because there aren't enough managers looking for cyclists ?Answer : Maybe yes ! There could be some feature that could allow you to sell your cyclist for a fixed price (not on the market). To not let them just leave the game, they could be stored in a pool used for filling newly created teams. That fixed price shouldn't be too high of course, but just still decent. For each kind of cyclist, that fixed price should be different, taking into account : - age - highest skill - total main skills - ... => It shouldn't be too hard to create such a formula. But I could imagine it to be more difficult to adapt the system to create new cyclists for new teams. So I fear I just have to make some very cruel decisions , and don't rely too much on this idea getting implemented.

The solution is simple ! Let's say you have 10 cyclists that you want to sell but you want them all to pop one more skill, but you only have 3 trainingspots left. So, in theory, you should sell 7 of these 10 in order not to loose any trainingintensity. OR, you keep the 7 in your squad but do not train them. When the other 3 have popped in a skill, you can sell them and put 3 others (of the 7) in the trainingpool) and so on ... At the end of the season, all of your 10 cyclists have popped that one more skill and the sell has been spread over the entire season. Problem solved

Not really Its nice if you dont mind loosing some trainingspeed. Say i have 30 cyclists. So in stead of training 100% they train some less. But the problem is i have some nice cyclists and i hate to see them loose training even its only a few %, so their is nothing else to do then sell of cyclists. But be honest those that are leaving the team arent the best you have. The most talented stay Its a new dimension thats added. First you have the a team that train slower. Then de talents that are probably to weak to take point and then the places for the youtpulls and you will have to make choices. In my case its about 10 a team cyclists, 13 talented joungsters and for the moment 5 jp to learn how good they are. Its a new dimension and i really like it But still i already said i dind't like the to fast implimentation of this idea but hell who am i to say

I think you misunderstood me, my dear pottel Let me rephrase : let's say you have 22 cyclists that you always want to train and 10 others that need one more skillpop in order to sell. You can fill up your trainingpool with all cyclists and then you train 32 and loose intensity. OR, you can add 3 of those 10 and have 25 cyclists in your trainingpool and 7 in your non-trainingpool. As such you train at 100%. When those 3 pop, you sell them, take 3 others (from those 7 remaining) and put them in the trainingpool, and so on ... You keep on training at 100% and at the end all your 10 cyclists have popped that one skill and can be sold ...

Of course there's always even a better solution. What if all of us start advertising like hell for Peloton these days ? It's the ideal moment, with a new season coming up. I've aldready been busy to do so ! Let's bring more than 100 new players into the game this week, and the problem might be solved by itself.

And that doesn't give anyone of the game-runners the thought that maybe there might be something wrong now? :S
