Is confirmed that IP wants to sell the game. So probably the game will only be active again after the sale.
There is one person interested in buying it but I don't know if the deal will go over.

By the conversation about 5000€.
The game needs a server with about 100Gb of space, it needs to be a dedicated server, the programs that calculate races, updates, transfers run on the operating system and knowledge of mysql and C#.NET is a must.

I guess that is good news? Though it depends on the plans of the buyer.

Meanwhile I will try that IP put online the game for another season even with the buy in progress because I check and IP have contract till July in the host company.
I already offered myself to speak to the host company and try to solve the reset problem if IP gives the call.

Yes, maybe we can put IP under pressure with the argument that otherwise he needs to pay back all the premium money already payed! And of course, the game sells better when played and with players.

I'm willing Nice idea, and sure I would gladly pay some money to keep playing peloton (but I really doubt you will find even a 100 people prepared to do so). But how would we maintain it after the purchase, you need even more money (for the server and stuff) and the right knowledge to keep the game running.

We could first buy the game as shareholders after that we could present the game to a bigger concern like powerplay (google it).Something IP never wanted to do, he wanted to stay on his own. But now he is out of the picture it should be the way to go.
Maybe the buyer mentioned here is reading this also.. He probably allready knows this?
We would need someone to do all the work offcourse...
my 2 cents

If the season 11 is going to start, it gives us time to raise the money. IP should release it so he don't have to pay premium back.
I have no knowledge about computers, what it costs and how much, but we have programmers under our players (Mike, wasn't that you?). In the meantime we can think about how much money it takes, how much time and who is going to do what. I am a productmanager, so I make these kind of plans for a living
Maybe we can buy the game with 25 people or so as shares, and then develop and expand it.
Idea? I am prepaired to invest some money into it.
