A lot of new managers last weeks. Thats great news.
But I checked some, and most have a wrong trainer, like: flat 1 - hill 1 - mountain - 3 and so on. They are lost from the first day.
Its possible someone contact new managers and show them the way to the forum with a 'Fast Start Guide' ? And maybe even give them a chance for new start with a new trainer. And maybe ask them if the want a Mentor the first weeks.
I want to help for that, but this plan should be structured.
