Hi all,
Sorry but i am on holiday for the moment. As in the past, not interested in promotion. I just hope to gather more stage wins and have some fun.
Nice to see that the forum is animated and a big welcome back, Chakra.
See you all soon

Pretty close here.. Who wants to promote? I will not do the same mistake done two seasons ago. Ițm keeping myself far from any chance of promotion. It was more complicated in the past, with the other teams so evenly matched, but it seems i succedeed and i can relax now and just watch the end of the season.

Well, I can just say that i am very busy with my job at the moment and putting some effort in saving this game. I understand that people are a little doubting, also because ogf the changing of generation of the riders. I chose a few seasons ago for this step. My riders aren't competitive enough against the oldies who are not only better in skills, but also in mood. Behind the scenes we are getting grip of the game and are now trying to improve small things first. And we are looking for a programmer. I hope you all still have the patience and give the game a chance! Ab, you're the only reason i'm still here. I am bored, no real objectives, i cannot find back the fun of some seasons ago, and i thought about quitting a lot of times. But anyway it's just a bunch of us now, and even if i still think it's too late to actually save the game, i want to give a hand, not to be one who leaves. Therefore i'm still here, i don't want to promote, still trying to have more victories than anyone, and that's it.

For sure these are interesting times in the game, but i feel it is spoiled by the fact that there are so few players still in the game. It doesn't really affect me at the moment, but it's the same gang of people paying, and at some point everybody gets tired, bored whatever. I have no plan at the moment, and Rarau, last season i've been on a small minus. Also because i did not really play and did not have any strategy, but anyway it was a minus. This season i'm a little bit on plus every week, but nothing extraordinary, just keeping my finances safe and taking care not to loose money. Regarding the strategy for the 2nd generation, it's really hard to tell. I'm just drifting, no real plan, and i'm more into finding the next flat star, which doesn't look to happen . It seems Puscasu was one of a kind. I'm curious about Brembilla after he'll finish his TT training, but given his weight, height, he'll never be Puscasu. I'm more disturbed that without putting too much effort, i am at 30 points from 2nd place. This means i should sell some older riders, not caring about the price, but not to pay their wages anymore. And it's probably what i will do pretty soon. Hard without a real strategy, as always my team is good enough for 2nd division, not good at all for the 1st. So i prefer staying here and having some fun with winning races and not making too many points. About the 2nd generation riders, i don't believe they will be stronger than 1st. They are not as many, and because of this there is not as much talent as it was before, managers (like me) might be very picky with what riders to keep or not and there are not so many team training them because of money. Also, as Ab is doing, demotion is needed in order to increase morale, which only now looks to be way too important. So i don't think there will be so many second generation riders to be great.

And Ab, i understand the strategical reason to relegate, hopefully when you'll come back, it will be 2.2. I intend to be back in 1 season! I know you're relegating to be able to increase the mood of the younger cyclists. Is it a season enough? I did not make an estimation on it, i don't actually know how fast the mood improves. We'll see anyway, and as said. hopefully you'll get back here. I am really curious how Brembilla will do this season. He is actually grown up now, i just want to increase a little bit more his TT and otherwise, he should be ok (the only issue being height/weight). I don't know if there is other cyclist at his age with comparable stats. He can't be used on stages with mountain, probably in the future i will also increase the mountain to a minimum acceptable level, but otherwise he's ok from the stats point of view. Already 15 flat .

Hi all,
and Hi Ab, really nice to see you again here. I hope this time i'll be smarter, and stay relaxed here, in this division. Therefore, my objective is fourth place, if i do a mistake again, i'll be maximum third.
Now, it's debatable if my team is good enough for fourth place, but we'll see.
I hope i'll regain the necessary mood to play the game as my out of game life is pretty full, and i hope i won't forget too many times to put my team to race.
Otherwise, really happy to be in the same group with people i know and used to talk in the game and with the fellow Romanians. Funny it's all three of us in the same group, it's the first time. So i suppose that Rarau will keep me alive with mails and questions, and discussions.
Otherwise, good season to everybody, and have fun.
And Ab, i understand the strategical reason to relegate, hopefully when you'll come back, it will be 2.2.

I don't have too many young racers, and i actually train them pretty strangely for when they'll get older, but i like the idea, so i'm in!

Good luck to you all!
I'm not happy to be here, it was not intended. But ok, as long as i'm here, even if i only have a few good cyclists and the others are just crap, i'll give it a try. No specific attributes, no clear tactics, enjoying the season and trying to cling to some points. And if it won't work, i hope i'll get back to 2.2 which i like more than 2.1. But in the mean time, let's have fun and see what it happens!

Ab, do you think that Brueren has any chances to get some points in div I?
I'm starting to rethink it all. I see only two possibilities, to sell all my good riders and go low in div I or to try to get some points to stay in the division with minimum possible investments. And his price is low enough at the moments, its just not clear if he can get some points for me or not.

Totally wrong. I f..... forgot that i let also Calvet attack. I'm afraid that also without his points, i would have qualified (((. I saw yesterday that Gonzales had cyclist for the general shirt and i was sure that Coticelli won't make more than 23 minutes in a race. But he did. I was pretty relaxed, just curious how many points the final difference. What can i say, goodbye relaxed life, goodbye good weekly profits. (( If i don't learn to stay only on tactics and i want to have fun. I was really curious if Coticelli can win this.

I didn't check the race, just saw that Vervueren, who is a TT specialist with some flat, not a flat specialist, got third. Better than expected

I don't have any chances for tomorrow, i'm just relaxed with that race. For Borneo, it's the end of the seasons and tactics are totally different than usual. I'm curios about the level of Coticelli. As i said, if the difference after tomorrow is big enough, i will keep the tactics already set. If not, i'll see what i change. I should not have any chances for the yellow jersey, and that could bring the most unexpected points. So it should be ok. Regarding next season, i continue to not have a clear tactics, either for next season or in general. I see that you continue to make a clear switch toward the new generation. For me, i find too many riders with low FA in flat, i prefer to continue training flat, as it makes my life easier and there are not many flat trainers with experience in this, so i'm a little disappointed. If Mariens would have had a decent FA in flat, i would have kept him. Oh well, I have still have an enough good team, but they are getting older each season, and i'm not training them anymore. Divison 1 is clearly somebody's playground at the moment (i don't give names), it's debatable how much time the game will still be here. So, at the moment i'm having fun winning as many races as i can and trying to build better finances. I'm waiting for an opportunity, whatever that may mean

For me this week is kind of crazy. I would like to win at least one more race, but i also need Gonzales to make as many points as possible. I'm pretty afraid to take high risks. So a very interesting last week. Ab, i think we've switched places compared to last season. We continue to dominate the third and fourth place in this division ))))))

Mariens is three weeks to soon. My investments run out in 3 weeks. Then I would have bought him from you for all the money needed. Now I don't have it... Sorry mate, i'm not greedy. i asked a fair price from the beginning for him, i'm no good in selling high. Next time. I'll tell you if i intend to sel Brembilla.
