The new results seem buggy again, especially the result of the second stage in division 3.9 seems very weird.
There are huge gaps between the cyclists. The difference between the 1st and 4th for example is more than 12 minutes, while both of them drove at 70%.
Wouldn't it be better to postpone the game for a while and take a good look at all possible miscalculations? I think that would do the least damage to the game.
Maybe it wouldn't be bad to get rid of the grouping funtion also, this doesn't ad anything to the game and only seems to make things more complicated.

Ok, there's good news, bad news and very bad news. The good news is, that there was indeed a bug for sprinters and this has been solved. The bad news is that the race is going to be re-calculated. But now it comes.. The very bad news is that I didn't make a backup before today's race. The last backup was from 2 days ago, 2 hours before the start of the Criterium du Dauhpiné Libéré. In other words, there will be 2 races recalculated today, the one from 2 days ago and the one from today. I will do this not immediately, to give people the time to submit their tactics should these have been lost in the database restore. The first race will be recalculated at 18:00, the second at 19:00. I'm very sorry for this extra inconvenience. All transfers over the past 2 days will be reset as well, although I will increase the deadline of course. Could you at least mention in slightly more detail, without giving out too much info which oughta remain 'secret', what the problem was and how the calculations got affected? All my runners performed MUCH worse now in the 1st race, my main runner managed 6 falls vs 4 at first as well I'm at a complete loss as to how the calculations are made and whether the results are even the slightest correct. If they are I can only conclude that my team is UTTER SHIT and I'd simply opt for quitting the team and getting a new. But I guess that's not allowed, or is it? It's not allowed to have 2, but if the first can simply be closed that'd be nice. Seriously I can't do anything with this bunch of runners and the way races are calculated right now. On top of that I'm in debt, being a newbie and having spent too much on my coach and actually expecting more from my runners. Didn't think the other teams would have runners which >>>>> mine. So hereby my request: please CLOSE team eXileeZ (1560) in 3.6, I wish to start a new squad with the changed system so I actually stand a chance and might have some more fun in the game. Which is, in the end, the purpose, isn't it?

Well... just purchased shitload of supporter crap. I'm going to make a new team now, I hope I'm allowed to keep it. Won't login with the current one anymore. I write it openly cause I don't want to make the impression of being a cheater. I simply want to have a chance at having fun, or not play at all. If this action invokes a ban, I guess it'll be the latter, but I'll take the 'loss' then

yes I did. And to be honest I'm stunned with the new team vs the one I had I can imagine why I couldn't come close to winning anything. It's not that I have a squad of 'wizards' now, but there's at least more potential in this group. Also, this division has just started so I'm not that far behind the other teams from the moment I begin. I hope I can keep the team and start to enjoy the game some more now Like I said, I won't login with the old team again, it'll be bankrupt this sunday's update.

Well, good luck. Although your posts are quite off-topic True.. sorry I did write on-topic before though Said from almost start that something was wrong with the calculations. I actually think that's still te case I guess on-topic most has been said already anyway. Perhaps Padrino should simply restart the entire game, for everybody (*winks at Cableguy* ).

Yes, restart it and make the game process a game each 10 mins And once it's up to date, we can start all over and process again... Although I thought that was the purpose of testing servers, not the live server

Some bugs are obvious only after many races are simulated the job of beta testers was to find this errors, but because of server problems the testing ended sooner! let's just have patience with time this problems will be fixed

Now I read through all the pages which were written during today.. I, too, wasn't online since about 14 and as such couldn't make any changes. Don't even know what orders I rode with now. All I know is that my riders were figurants again. As for the criticism towards Padrino/decisions made: it's like I've said a couple of times now, a game like this which has expanded to quite a big number of users in a relatively short time, should have more than 1 developer/programmer/decision making. For the simple reason that discussing a proper/best course of action will actually mean discussing it, thereby exchanging opinions and coming to an agreement (hopefully). It's no good for anybody to have Padrino come home, notice the bug and complaints, fix the formula, realize there's no backup from the last 2 days and then just doing what pops to mind first. This is NOT criticism for Padrino, despite the game having it's issues it IS an impressive piece of work. This is however a simple statement of a fact, which is supported by any possible example in real life or other games that can be thought of. So I'm hoping to see the developer team expanded shortly, in order to make things easier, better and more overseeable for everybody, including Padrino.

I don't know if people is convinced that the resulsts are starnge, so I give you the results of my cyclists. Here are the results before the recalculation that I put 2 days ago : Strange results for my cyclists too... 14. Dequinnemaere 5:14:04 0 0 Boukichou 20. Vinckx 5:15:28 0 0 Boukichou 26. Brahm 5:16:29 0 0 Boukichou
Sid Dequinnemaere (936) Flat: 4 Downhill: 1 Hill: 2 Sprint: 1 Mountain: 0 Time trial: 1
Jirg Vinckx (1382) Flat: 1 Downhill: 2 Hill: 1 Sprint: 0 Mountain: 2 Time trial: 0
Fuller Brahm (13218) Flat: 1 Downhill: 1 Hill: 0 Sprint: 3 Mountain: 0 Time trial: Fit=100 at the beginning for the three ones, but I put Dequinnemaere at 90% (70% for others). Vinckx for the mountain, Brahm for the sprints, Dequinnemaere for nothing... The difference between Dequinnemaere and the others should higher, nei? And now the results today : 11. Vinckx 1 0 +8:42 Boukichou 13. Dequinnemaere 1 0 +11:00 Boukichou 47. Brahm 0 0 +16:37 Boukichou
Sid Dequinnemaere (936) Flat: 4 Downhill: 1 Hill: 2 Sprint: 1 Mountain: 0 Time trial: 1
Jirg Vinckx (1382) Flat: 1 Downhill: 2 Hill: 1 Sprint: 0 Mountain: 2 Time trial: 0
Fuller Brahm (13218) Flat: 1 Downhill: 1 Hill: 0 Sprint: 3 Mountain: 0 Time trial: With the 3 cyclists at 100 fit, Dequinnemaere put with 95% effort, the others 70%. Dequinnemaere for the sprints and Vinckx for the mountain. To my mind, there is no doubt that these results are not logical. Dequinnemaere should be the first of my cyclists, I think. I hope you'll succeed to solve it, Il Padrino. (no need to do another recalculation of these 2 races, I don't want to see you killed by the angry people )

i think that it will be verry good that to be a poll, how to proced if a bug apear in a race.
- recalculate imidiatly - leave it that way and fix the bug - fix bug and recalculate but after several days - other...
And maibe it will be good for the game if in one day when there is no race programed to introdue several race, a small tour (out of the game) for testing the ingine. And this races can be recalculated until it will came to the best results.
