Looking at the races this week i realise that this will be a very difficult week for my team. In the 'ronde van vlaanderen' I will have no chances. Paris- Roubaix I hope to be in the first ten... In the Pais Vasco I have more chances, but my team is very young… And Finally in the limburg classic I have most chances for victory… But top 3 will be more realistic… After this week I believe I will be out of the places for promotion (BUT my races are coming closer )

Hehe, it's a waiting game.
God dammed all in in the ronde and still no victory.
Congrats to Joop ;-)

I hope you will ride all other races. It is very nice to see that we all are racing. To all the winners so far congrats. I'am having hard times with the tactics. The main goal for my team is now to stay in division 3. That is possible I think.

The "main" targets for all: the spring classics en the big tours (giro) are coming, i have the riders to win or fighting for..
For now iám the leader in the overall 3:2 classement "I don't know ik can make it in division 2, for next year i have a lot of weakness in my squad."

LBL is not my cup of tea this season (my selection forces me to make choices and yesterday my gamble with pietrok turned out very well... But today just a team of youngsters with no ambition…)
I am not sure about Romandië either… I will take that decision tomorrow…
Next week finally the Giro. We will compete like last three years : Pietrok will defend his title. The tour is 'probably' for Bienert again, but he is getting old and losing stats so it is still a question... Possibly Renuart or Caetano will compete in the tour with less ambition (top 5).

What are the skills from your best riders, Pietrok and Bienert? Off course you will win the Giro, Tour and the Vuelta..

Tour of Romandië was a big succes for my team. I thought about a top 3 in the GC with Renuart, but final victory i thought impossible… Well we did it and with a stage victory!!! Also congratualations to Polly for his two stage wins!!!
And now : the giro...

Nice result Quiller, my new born "star" Damiano Sabia 42 skills, he join my team the same day. He finish on a second place.
Sabia isn't the best rider but he can be a good rider in the future (probably)

wow, two in a row with only attacking at 75%. Congratulations with the strong performance! Curious how performances will change after fitness update or what tactical choices will be made by Joop.
It seems that is going to be very difficult for outsiders to have a shot at green or polka dot jersey

What are the skills from your best riders, Pietrok and Bienert? Off course you will win the Giro, Tour and the Vuelta.. I think you overestimate the skills of Pietrok and Bienert. Based on TV they are not in the top 15 of this DIV. Pedale, Ngogo and you have many riders with a lot better skills. But they have the advantage of a combination of great mood, good experience, well balanced skills, a fitness trainer and well being distributed over the races tactically.
