Maybe he can't handle the pressure that comes with 1ste place . Congrats Polly with stagewin. Look at the youghster Agnew of David Andre, 6th place at 22y old. Very impresive. These are the results I'm looking for. Only possible because he went full effort, but it is nice to see him finish 6th. On the other hand, he is still 6 minutes slower then winner Sgarzi.

Well, first week ended. No points for Quiller in VOLTA A LA COMUNITAT VALENCIA and 1st and second place for Joop. Congrats. This makes Joop 450 points ahead in the Division, hehe.

That's why you recharged pietrok and bienert? 😎
Anyway, very good first week for Joop and a first indication about team strenghts but many new opportunities in next weeks two tours.
Ambitions for next week? I have one Algarve stage and Strade Bianchi where I would like to get close to a win and a top 5 youth gc in mind.

We gonna see it! Thx's for writing about my team guys. Poooeh my ambition: winning Algarve, top 3 Kuurne and a top 5 for Paris Nice (I think he is too young, but a very strong rider and missing a timetrial stage) Strade Bianchi (lovely race, i like it very much, but not for the selection riders they gonna ride him)

I recharged bienert and pietrok because i absolutely need them… BUT : - Algarve no ambition at all (riders who need the stages for their contract AND maybe one stage i will see how steyaert is evolving… - Paris-Nice : not heavy enough but not sure what to do yet… - Kuurne : My youth team will be on top performance next season… This season i have not the strongest competitor, BUT top 5 is a must. - Strade-Bianchi : major goal this week.

Hmm, mayor goal this week was today. 3th place that's not enough points to keep up with the top. We will try to do another top 5 in the Strade Bianchi with Moppe. And maybe my youghsters suprise mee . But as long al the mountains don't start I wont get many points. Congrats op Piero with first win of the season ;-)

You have strong climbers?
My best climber is gone, (36-37 years and retire)

Better than flat riders . I trained mountain for the last 2 seasons. Now I'm going to boost downhill for a season ;-)

Congratz Polli for the victory in de strade… I had a handicap (leader was injured so i could only use 4 attackpoints instead of 5... I would have been closer, but probably matejek would still have won!!!)

Really happy with the win. Didn't think a 31y old with ok mood could win against delighted mood.

Until now it was a very interesting Paris-Nice. I took 100% effort with bienert in the 'mountain'stage of Friday because I thought I could 'make' the difference there with Soulard because of his weight… It was partially succesfull (i hoped for a gap with about two more minutes), but it might still be close...

Should have put more effort in my tactics lost to much time there. I put all in on the last stage but it was to late. 6 min to make up in a flat race is very hard :/. Contragts Quiller . Today close call for the victory, Beal won the sprint of 3, Sebire and Sgarzi could only watch him win . Joop is dominating 3:2 this year :/ the real battle will be for 2th place .
