What are the skills from your best riders, Pietrok and Bienert? Off course you will win the Giro, Tour and the Vuelta.. I think you overestimate the skills of Pietrok and Bienert. Based on TV they are not in the top 15 of this DIV. Pedale, Ngogo and you have many riders with a lot better skills. But they have the advantage of a combination of great mood, good experience, well balanced skills, a fitness trainer and well being distributed over the races tactically. Aaah great, i understand thnx's mate! I'don't know iám gonna win the giro or less any jersey.
I think Mose Pietrok will win the Giro.

Thx a lot for the compliments… AND you are right... The main power of Pietrok (and bienert but losing his skills fast!!!) is that they are all round and offcourse the fitness training in the grand tours (for 35+ riders i believe that fitnesstraining is the way to go...) btw do not overestimate TV too… TV gives too many credits to one very powerfull skill...

Congratz Joop... Great ride from Figueredo… I believe that he will have a great opportunity to win the giro now… Tomorrow in the time trial I believe he will again take distance from Pietrok…

Thnx's Quiller, Figueredo has very bad luck last year, falling, injured (he never drops down only in the critical great tour races ) But he is a very good tour rider and also my best rider. Maybe we can talk about the other players.. Fighting for the second position or maybe you want to win the competition? Do you have fun? Hmmm I expected to lose between two and three minutes today but it was less… I fight until the end with Pietrok to win the Giro, but i think 25% chance at the most...

Fun I have. Expectations less. Andrade was suppose to ride a little better, so I stop putting energy in him in this Giro. He will get other chances this season an a few to come. Torres still in the race for the podium. It will be very difficult but I will see where he ends. congrats to all the winners so far!

I understand that Joop, but when Pietrok is with him at the start of the mountain and there is no attack point, the same mood etc... How the Fxxxx can he get away unless he has mountain 17-18??? I cannot believe it...

João Figueiredo (81764)
$20,032
5/10/2018 Cycling Joop Zoeteme.. $904,366.00
Age 36
he cannot be 17/18 mountain, is impossible at his wage
2 examples , 2 cyclists
skill 14 with skill 11 have TV 2 600 000 skil 15 without another high skill TV 2 000 000
knowing that you cant lower your wage after you buy a cyclist is impossible to have 17/18 mountain.
p.s. i hope you understand what i want to explain. And also i m almost sure he lose 1 mountain skill from the moment he bought him

With his weight of 106 and Pietrok (weight 57) at 11 mountain how the hell could he not follow him??? 57 kg to 106 is like adding almost 10 % extra to the mountain skill, so if Figuerdo has a 13 mountain he already has an edge over your rider (and that isn't even counting other skills like sprint, TT, XP ... which also influence a cyclists speed). 57 kg => 11 * 1.086 = 11.946 106 kg => 12 * 0.988 = 11.856 106 kg => 13 * 0.988 = 12.844 106 kg => 14 * 0.988 = 13.832

Maybe (if possible) it would be a good idea to let the difference go up gradually (75 +10% - 106 +50% …) - would be much more realistic… same with length
