I challenge ElGringo to post stats from Naz I don't like to much to show stats but Naz already reach his peak and there is a probability of retirement at the end of season, so here goes for the record DANANN NAZ (4009) Australia 36 1m74 58kg Primary skills Flat 7.3 Hill 7.0 Mountain 16.0 Downhill 6.3 Sprint 7.0 Time trial 13.8 Secondary skills Steering17 Experience13 Balance16 Leadership2 He came to my team only with 3 victories and a mountain jersey because of the lack of sprint. Since I bought him I train sprint, TT, downhill and mountain and he is now with Victory history: 17wins 6GC 2SP 5M Because I love Australiam riders, don't know why I am already preparing a new Naz and he is in a good way.

Haha, well, since he peaked already as well, here you go.
Shelly Malton (United Kingdom) Age: 36 Length: 1m74 Weight: 61kg
Primary skills Flat: 6 Hill: 7 Mountain: 17 Downhill: 1 Sprint: 9 Time trial: 13
Secondary skills Steering: 17 Balance: 18 Experience: 18 Leadership: 2
Not really sure about the decimals, I think only his sprint is close to 10. He's quite similar to Naz actually, however Naz has significant better downhill skills.
I realized quite late how crazy important mood is, so he performed pretty crap in the first 2 years he was in my team. After I finally figured out I had to get his mood up and after some of the competition left he's been amazing again though. Now at 70 stage wins, 13 yellow, 5 green and 27 polka dot jerseys.
The stats for Maurin Guth are actually quite similar as well and he has always been one of my personal favorites (also because he is my leader). He never managed to build a 'legendary' status though, most likely because he was not very present during the early Peloton years. Over the last 3 years he probably did better than Malton though.

This is a nice gimmick! Now it is Eboese’s turn to ask somebody for the stats of a rider.

Haha, only if that person is willing to share it The rider that has intrigued me most in recent seasons is probably Alexander Gueroult, Heppie turned him into a real winner. King of the hills, he reminds me of Masek a bit, but he's much better in the mountains.

eboese your rider is a machine the time you got from sprint 7 to 9 you would put at the same downhill of Naz and you also have better mountain and that skill mean more 8/9 weeks of training. He is currently the rider with must stages win with 70

Well, i'm a bit surprised. I expected higher ratings for malton to be honest. Then again, you see the importance of mood in this game.
thnx for sharing

Until 7 it goes fast, after that, it takes a lot of weeks to increase a point and especially when cyclists are older, they hardly gain skillpoints in skills >7 Even for riders with a good FA it takes a hole season to go from 16 to 17. Experience, mood, height weight combination are also important.

True that, but still, i had a higher sprint - hill combination in my mind. :-) probabely i was/am too fixed on the amount of victories

He wins mountain races. With 17M, 13TT and 9SP there aren't many better riders, and then with the combination of his mood, XP and height/weight, he doesn't lose contact on hill and flat, so unbeatable!

Haha, nice challenge, I'm in. I'll post his stats after tomorrows race. But compared to Malton and Naz, Gueroult isn't that special.
