Malton had 30+ wins in the first 3 seasons (divisions 2-4). Skill 16M, 7TT when I sold him, age 24.

As promised the stats of Gueroult.
Alexander Gueroult (Belgium)
Age: 36 Length: 1m80 Weight: 64kg
Primary skills Flat: 7 Hill: 11 Mountain: 7 Downhill: 7 Sprint: 13 Timetrial: 11
Secondary skills: Steering: 16 Balance: 17 Experience: 11 Leadership: 1
Stage wins: 23 (19 in my team) Time jersey: 1 Point jersey: 4 Mountain jersey: 3
As you can see, Gueroults primary skills aren't very impressive. However, he is a rather complete hill-allrounder and with 56 skill points on primary skills he is well-trained. I bought him for 1.2M in season 13 when Lions of Avalon sold all his cyclists. Since then he won on average 3 races per season.

Hmmm, Do you think his DH skill is a reason he won a lot of races? Did he make a difference on that terrain?
It is now up to you to challenge a rider.

Thanks for sharing, heppie. Expected his hill to be around 13 actually! His all-round skills are indeed impressive, especially with that 7 downhill included. And the high sprint is very helpful as well.
Today's race was perfect for him, no wonder he took an easy win again.

Malton had 30+ wins in the first 3 seasons (divisions 2-4). Skill 16M, 7TT when I sold him, age 24. I did train mountain for a while, but one point it just didn't make any sense anymore. Not only did it take way too long to increase that stat, but he was also becoming too mono-skilled. That was fine in the early days op peloton, we had a lot of specialists back then, but more and more riders became more all-round in later seasons. I remember one race where he took a significant lead in the mountains, but some other rider still overtook him in the last final flat stretch to the finish. That pissed me off and I decided he also needed better flat and hill skills after that Stefano Grazziotin has also been an interesting one, I also took that one off your hands when you sold your full team. Great FA on mountain, but a bit too heavy to ever become a real climber like Malton (I think you even mainly used him as Malton's helper?). His results frustrated me to no end in the first 1/1.5 years, but after that he did a great job.

Hmmm, Do you think his DH skill is a reason he won a lot of races? Did he make a difference on that terrain? I think his downhill skill definitely plays an important role. It is actually one of the only terrains where one can beat eboese riders. For allrounders also the total skill sum is important (including a decent SP and TT skill) and with 56 this is rather high. Further, I think that compared to flat and mountain, hill is less developed by most cyclists so the competition is less. So a hill 11 is rather high compared to a flat 11 or a mountain 11. Thanks for sharing, heppie. Expected his hill to be around 13 actually! His all-round skills are indeed impressive, especially with that 7 downhill included. And the high sprint is very helpful as well. Today's race was perfect for him, no wonder he took an easy win again. Yep, that stage suited him very well. However, I didn't expect him to win that easy. With 16 attacking points I found it difficult to select the right ones. But in the end it probably didn't make much difference. It is now up to you to challenge a rider. Then I would like to know the skills of one of your riders, Kristian Brognoli, if that is possible. I remember him as a strong youngster in 2:2 when he was part of Evcont's team in season 9. I'm curious how he developed. I saw he won already a couple of times between the seniors, which is quite impressive. On the other hand, I would understand it if you don't want to share the skills of your younger cyclists.

Heppie don't seems fair Ab show the skill of a rider with 30y. I think when we consider this was to show the skills of rider of the 1st generation that are now losing skills, but is Ab call to decide.

I don't mind at all. I was the one that suggested to make this an item. Wouldn't be fair I was the one who didnt want to show his rider. Especially when it is a one shot only. Managers who posted can not be challenged again, so it is max. 1 rider.
I will post his stats as soon as I know who's rider I would like to see!

Kristian Brognoli:
Age: 30 Length: 1m94 Weight: 87kg
Primary skills Flat: 13 Hill: 9 Mountain: 6 Downhill: 1 Sprint: 7 Timetrial: 11
Secondary skills: Steering: 14 Balance: 14 Experience: 6 Leadership: 1
I am really fascinated by Hudo Selij from OpKop De Sloot In.
So I challenge BAM...

Hudo Selij:
Age: 29 Length: 1m69 Weight: 50kg
Primary skills Flat: 7 Hill: 8 Mountain: 7 Downhill: 7 Sprint: 8 Timetrial: 10
Secondary skills Steering: 13 Balance: 7 Experience: 5 Leadership: 0
So not such a nice rider as Brognoli, but a very allround rider, which is probably the reason that he did quite well in the funraces.
I was really impressed by Lowie Hurlus from Slayer. Performing very well in the funrace competition, and scoring a lot of points this season with only 26 years. So I challenge Slayer.

Interesting rider, Selij. His FA will decide what kind of allround rider he will be! Thank you for posting Bam.

Hmm, Slayer, I understand your arguments to not share the skills of one of your cyclists. Of course you're free to refuse the request. However, to me it seems a bit inconsistent that you are challenging another manager. In my opinion it seems fair that it is up to bam to do this, until a manager is found that accepts the challenge... Edit: Ab was just a bit faster than me.
