This encourages me as my riders are not a million miles way. i have some in mainly hill over 7 at 8 or 9 and other with mtn around 6, sprint 6 or 7 and other skills comparatively high. I have not got any super stars with skills over 9.

He is a rider from my own youthscout (few seasons away), pulled him as an 18y old guy and this is now the result of training.
Future training will be flat only for several seasons to come

For now, bad FA on mountain, so that opens perspectives for flat :-)

I'm not that inclined to show the stats of my team. I like the guessing of the opponents riders. But ... I can say all my riders (except the U21) have a transfert value of more then $1,000,000.
Even I think more teams in 1:1 are like that, it's something I'm really proud of of my modest team.

hehe, there are so many that he can't participate in all of them  but... last week I tried to not let him win because of his 80K bonus, but he still won at 85% so I will be settin him on 75% next time and hope he'll come in 2nd. |

Kinda lost interest in Peloton at the moment (forever I guess, unless we reset?) this topic reminded me of Iorga and me losing him for nothing  His new team have gone bot too so he's stuck there. Dokkum is my best rider now but I can't take any of the credit for training him. 7-7-16-4-7-11 (52 SPs), 20 st + 15 bal. Winaud has one more SP, but again I didnt train him: 13-7-7-6-10-10 Joe Gisriel my leader is 12-7-9-5-2-13. 16-15-21-19 secondaries. If I realised he has good FA earlier I could've made him into something different. Mourisse has 14 sprint (10-7-7-3-14-7) Loete who is possibly who I've had most success over the years is only 12-11-4-3-9-9. Story of mood = success, but also there must be high sub-levels in those top skills, I think all I've trained a bit once he hit those marks. |

Maybe that will make more managers to play the game. |
