It would be good that you also can look up/search some cyclists. Now.. its not so easy. Maybe something for the crew.. The bids could also raise, because maybe you're looking for your own name or a crasy name..

It would be handy if the age were also listed in the overview of the contracts

Maybe it's already said.. but it would be also good if you can choose in % for training: hill 80% and 10% condition. 2 trainings of premier skill wouln't be so good.. ( to good for rich teams!!) but if you can choose a premier skill and condition.. Mmmm.. I think better
And about the youth cyclist.. why not pull cyclist 16-21y old.. but can only start when they are 18y old. youth jersey 18-23y

Good idea, I hate youthpulls who are 23.
I suggest that the training statistics arent a graph anymore but just the weeks when he poped in each skill. This is a bit easier I think.

Not a good idea, because sometimes there's a bug in the game, and there is no training. How will the computer see this? It might give strange results. now you can easily check it out.

pulls should be max 20y, this has been sugested many times. Also because the white jersey is untill 20y

It would be better if a 23yo could win the youth jersey In the future only 30-35yo cyclists will ride in the top divisions and be able to win races...

Not every pull should be a good pull. Sometimes you make a bad pull because the skills are poor, sometimes you make a bad pull because the cyclist is too old.

Yes well that's where youre thinking is wrong for the game and that's what we're trying to tell you.
If you make YOUTHpull's then every pull should be youth. I say this becouse the white jersey (YOUTH-jersey) is also only up to 20 years.
So either change youthpull's to max 20y. Or change white-jersey to max 23y.
One or the other. Leaving it as it is... is rediculas.

The white jersey is for "youngsters". The heading also says "Standings youngsters", it doesn't say "Standings youth".
If you change the pull range to 18 - 20 y, the skills should become more random. Now, everyone with a delighted 20-20-20 pulls a 16,4 skilled cyclist ! The only random is in his secondary skills AND his age ! As long as the skills are fixed, I wouldn't change the age range

Then change the white jersey, simple

No, not so simple ! If you pull a 18 or 19 y old cyclist with good FA, he will win all white jerseys when he is 22 - 23, because he will have very high skills !! We have limited the age to 20y so you can enter your freshly pulled cyclist and can get good results with low skills.
You have 50% chance that you will pull a 18-19-20y cyclist. This is reasonable enough

They wont be able to win anything or even collect points in higher divisions. Only exception if you train a 18 yo only flat. new suggestion: till the age of 23 you can win youth jerseys in higher divisions. The 18yo pulled monoskilled flat trained can do something in pure flat stages when he is 24-25, youngster jerseys will be rather limited, since mountain is more important in more tours. the mountain trained youngster will win more youngster jerseys, but when he's 24 it will take a while before he can actually win something. Nice choice?

If those cyclists are just not good enough to compete on a high level... well, then maybe they aren't just good cyclist material Not all cyclists are equally good, and I do hope that there are more bad cyclists in the game than good ones
