I've got some small suggestions: * if you look at your cyclists now, they are sorted ascendingly. Could you change that, so that they appear descendingly? Because if I sort my cyclists, it's usually to see who's best in something. (I know there's a button to change it yourself, but it's a small change that would withdraw my everyday one-second-frustration in Peloton ;D) * Could it be possible to always see the complete calendar? Maybe you save some space by showing only 15 races or something like that, but I don't see any other reasons to do so. A long-term planning teamleader like me would appreciate it.

Another suggestion: realistic weather, I don't know Wednesday: -8° (Snow) and the giro is over how cold is it in the winter then?

I think Il Padrino said that the weather seasons in Peloton are the same as in real life. Like that races (like the Giro) every (Pelton-)season will be rided in different weather conditions. He thought variation would make the game more fun, and I agree with him.

I have another suggestion for Il Padrino Is it possible to show in standings of a big tour, wich team has won the most single races in that tour ? that would be a nice extra table, maybe also with a little amount of money for the winner (eventual ) ?

- Cyclist sorting: I agree, I find it annoying myself - Complete calendar: I disagree, because once you get to the last races in a season, you'd have to scroll down all the time to set your tactics, view results, etc. It will get annoying very fast. I like the current system. - Realistic weather: the seasons are indeed taken from real life. But currently, weather has no effect to anything in the game. Just something extra to look at - Team results: Perhaps this will be added in the future, but it's no priority. I also think that there's quite enough money to be earned in tours already, perhaps even a bit too much.

Injection of extra money is indeed not needed. You can also better distribute the money between competing teams if you do not allow managers to choose the same cyclist for mountain and sprint jersey (I saw this suggestion already somewhere else, and you could maybe consider this). Now, some teams are succesful at everything, while in reality some teams tend to concentrate more on the green jersey, other's on the mountain and/or yellow(pink) jersey.

Suggestion: The possibility to change your teamname between 2 seasons ( f. ex. if I take discovery channel as sponsor, it would be stupid if my teamname was Quick.Step Innergetic )
