Ok sorry,
I didn't read all posts, only this one. ( and it’s not in here.)
We agree on how it done almost, i don't know about more teams from Belgium than Germany, but if it's what you want.

Lets say belgium has 900 users and germany 100. Then it is normal that there are better teams in belgium than in germany (Spain is going to have better cyclists than F.E. luxembourg)

Not sure if this has been suggested before, but could we have the transfer list (and all site timings) in a 24hr clock? I think this would be easier to see in lists.

Could it be possible to use the same system for news as for cyclist history? So you can select the things you want to see. Transfers, Training, Personal Messages and Other (Merchandise sold and next week weather forecast) I think this would help a lot of managers

And please change something so that not every stage in a tour will have the same tactics as the first one. It really annoys me to reset every cyclists effort back to 70 for every stage and to re- or deselect my equipment every single race. Can't the standard settings be 70% and no equipment selected?

Good suggestions over here. Especially the last one. I'm busy changing all the tactics for every Giro race.

I thought this had been fixed already last season before the TDF. And if I remember correctly, resetting wasn't necessary every stage in the TDF. Anyhow, please fix it again ;-)

For the second time I would like to comment the weather forecasting. There are 2 possible ways to forecast in my opinion.
1) You use the weather that's normal when the races take place in the real world. So when it's the TDF, the weather is fine. When it's Paris-Roubaix the weather is colder and rainy.
2) You use the weather conditions of the real world. So like it's the month of June now, the weather is fine... I looked at the forecast and I saw that the temperature wasn't higher than 10° with possible chance of snow.
I don't know in which country you live Padrino, but it ain't snowing up in here in June.

What does it matter? This is a simulation game ...
And in Belgium it can rain 31 days in july, be very hot and dry for 30 days in april and hell can freez over on Easter Monday. I'm glad the weather in Peloton has a bit more variation.

it has happened that they had to race in snow in the giro, it isn't that irrealistic.

Another Small Sugestion: The money you earned from merchandising is not added in your finances of this week. Could this be changed. So just get the money after the economic update and it's all fine I always forget you many I've earned and have to search it, but because there are is so many news of bids on cyclists I have to search very long

I'm glad the weather in Peloton has a bit more variation. For god sakes, have you checked the weather for the last couple of months on peloton? I didn't see the temperature topping 20 degrees. For now it doesn't matter. But Padrino is up to something with the wheater. I think it should be a little more realistic.
