Maybe engage some players with tools like convas.io/? If you want it for free you can use a Trello to do the same. Some more risk in people changing the requirements. cairnswm1 , I understand what you mean, never let customers give instructions directly to a developer Yes, well, I think we need a bit of an intermediate role like a project leader or a poduct owner to connect the uses side to the development while playing a part in connecting (all this scrum agile is so overrated though, BUS, aligning business, user and supplier is as old as the road to Rome, but William has a poin, you cannot expect a developer to pull it all off alone)

Well, that is life. I am not happy too. But well, if I say I want to leave, my wife says no. Have to deal with it.

I think can happen, when you do not have at least 3 riders in a race or results are disappointing. 4 kinds of supporters there are, only two amounts are fixed during the season, 2 can go up and down. I guess this is still valid: peloton.wikidot.com/supporters

The biggest thing we should fix is the slow FA-development. If you have a youth pull and you get Wout Van Aert, Matthieu vd Poel or a Tadej Pogačar, you should be able to win senior races with a 22-23-24 old rider. And maybe randomize slow down in decay after 35 for some riders (Alejandro Valverde).
Look at the winners in 1:1. All are 31yr+. Best rider now is Guidulli that I trained myself, well trained, good hill FA and a bit of flat, started to win last season at the age of 34, now at 35 in his prime, and maybe useless next season.

That is good news, I think we are getting a team together. The only issue is leadership. Maybe you can stay a while on board @ab, to be our chairman? While we take over financial issues and try to master the technical part?

I do not want to speak on behalf of others, but as far as I know, Melres/Helder is still committed to the game and willing to still put effort in it. Which is great news, he is the thin red line holding it together.
I have some ideas for the game, but most important is that we keep the current community of aficionados and try to gradually evolve the game with your understanding and preferably consent. I do not think money for the maintenance is the problem. Many of you are willing to contribute a bit extra.
Biggest issue. I am not a leader type, we need at least one strong character with some community sensitivity and awareness that can push a bit further. And preferably a software engineer too.

No thanks Arno, you did a great job keeping the game alive and I know you did all to take it to a next stage. I am also a bit in dire straights, with children being younger and needing exspensive daycare and employers neglecting the inflation of 12%+ and pretending a raise of 3% is a wonderful bid. But I am willing to take it on provided one or two other(s) will onboard. I am offering to take 50% share (100 +/-50% euro a year). And see where it goes from there.

Place yourself a bid on them just to be sure.

Well, you do not need to sample all skills. All riders have the same FA, but it is randomly distributed over the 4 primary terrain skills. (Correct me if I am wrong.) This means that if you tested Fa on 3 skills, you can be sure on the 4th.

Well, leaders make a lot of races to get high leadership and will often reach high secundary skills. Secundaries of my best two: 18 19 20 20 19 17 20 20

Interesting conversation with one of my riders. he asks 8725, I offer 9500, but then he replies that it's below expectation: Status negotiations Duration proposed: 75 weeks Duration desired: Unknown Wage proposal: 9.500 € Desired wage: 8.725 € Step 3: The counter offer Kees Kramer How about this wage instead? What do you think? [ Offered 9.500 €. ] Mansueto Fuso Sorry, boss, but that is a little bit below my expectations. Kees Kramer Ok, so tell me what would make you happier. He wanted a lower wage for a short contract, probably by default 45 weeks. If you want to sign him for longer, he wants more.

I have had it as well. Some say just click at the area where the button should be and it works. But I guess with me it was some browser option or plug-in that was blocking java-script. Try another browser, disable your privacy-badger or no-script plug ins... It will work. But true, something to be desired there.
