I really like the idea of the new training formula. But you have to implement the new formula for new riders only (you also have to announce it some seasons ago because "old" 18, 19yo riders might have a disadvantage, at least in the first years of their career) or you have to adapt the training formula for existing riders (depending on their age). It's not acceptable that you just change it. Some managers (including me) trained riders for around 10 seasons (or ~3 years). I would be unfair if those riders suddently train far slower than expect...

congrats Rarau, but do you now believe me that Andreoli is a better TT specialist than Emond? Look at the result in 2.2... And about seberla, his riders are around 25y old. I don't think he focused on TT... yet:-) Indeed, Lazarovici is my best TT rider and he has "only" TT 11. My other guys wouldn't have a chance against experienced TT riders like Emond and Degrand.

Damn, two seconds behind Stoichita. But nevertheless, I'm happy with the tour reults. Peseiro won the mountain jersey, althought he's one of my youngest riders :-)

My plan was winning the race with Ferreira (and perhaps even more important...mountain points for reaching a good result in the mountain jersey in the end). So 84% is okay for him. Cozma has already +10min, so the podium will be difficult for him... The two races this week aren't important for me. Next week will be more interesting, because I have only mountain riders.

I'm happy with the results in Austria. My best tour in this season so far. Especially I'm suprised about the first win of Cozma with pretty low effort :-)
Good luck at the Tour de France. I want to give some leader experience to my second best leader, so five U25 rides are riding the tour. I have no certain goals, except the white jersey, of course...

Indeed, that was a very good week for my riders. I didn't expect the win of Berg and especially the yellow jersey of Cozma at the Tour de Romandie.

The race from tomorrow will not be win by me ... if it was ITT was at me, but on TTT with my young captain i dont have chances. Yeah, it wasn't a suprise that IAM Bardet wins the TTT. I still know Degrand and Magne from division 1. They are fantastic TT riders. But I was very happy with my 2nd place in the TTT. Today, my goal is to defend the white jersey and a top 5 result for Berliner

I expect today a top 5 from me and Franconia everything else will be a huge surprise i expect this 1. Zeff 2. Parasca 3. Hollants i dont see YET the results Congrats. A perfect start for your team. And you were right. My first top 5 result this season. But I attacked with Ferreira, because Hollants has a very bad hill skill. The division is far stronger than last season. I guess my guys are still too young to compete with all these older and experienced rider. We will see. Good luck to you all :-)

Hi guys,
my team is also not competitive, but I hope we will see some tight fights in the youth competitions and races. The first tour was already pretty exciting. And nice to see Lamego on the top.
Good luck :-)

Koller has mountain 7 and TT 6, but his problem is the terrible sprint skill. For the youth jersey competitions that's okay. But I guess for winning youth races you have to have more than 0 But it's more interesting fo me to know about the FA in the relevant skills. So I didn't train sprint, but the terrain skills. I have two 18yo with leadership 3, so I have 8 tactic points and 4 attacking points. Hill 3, Mountain 5 and TT 7 for Schepers. And he popped to Sprint 4 over the weekend. Seems the difference in sprint indeed won him that race. Koller was clearly stronger in the mountain sections, but he was already pretty far behind before we got there. Assumed your leadership would already be a bit higher in the meantime, but it seems you are developing two new leaders then? Indeed, I'm developing two leaders at the moment, in case one of both has problems with injuries. But I'm not sure, perhaps I will focus on one guy next season!? Then he should have leadership 5 at the end of the next season.

Damn, very close to the first win of the season (thanks to the fall of Schepers). Well, just three chances left

My youthpull this week:
Dirk Engelhardt (136160)
Age: 18 Height: 1m92 Weight:81kg
Primary skills Flat 2 Hill 2 Mountain 4 Downhill 0 Sprint 1 Time trial 0
Secondary skills Steering 18 Experience 1 Balance 13 Leadership 2
A really nice rookie with good secondary skills. His initial skills are not perfect for his height, but that's okay. I have to check out his flat and hill FA first.

Congrats eboese. Once again a more than deserved title for you! I'm happy with the 2nd place. It was a nice fight against the Nightbiker in the end. Well, it's time to say goodbye. I will rebuild my team and sell my old riders. My goal is to win some youngster jerseys next season

Standings after week 13. Most points this week are again for De Droeftoeters. With an advantage of nearly 1000 points on place 2 it seems almost certain that he wil become the champion of season 14. Further Tossboom did well and got his third stage of the season. For me it was also a good week with two stage wins. Especially the one of Ximenes was remarkable, as he is a cyclist from season two. How quickly things can change! Last month it seemed that Franconia was going to overtake me, but after 3 very strong weeks things are looking very different again. It would really be a big fail if I would still let this one slip. Congrats on the two victories. I don't think there have been many wins in 1.1 by a rider from season 2, if any at all. He took a very decent lead on the finish line as well. Amazing performances by your riders in the last few weeks. I do definitely not believe in a "big fail" Well, I guess I will start the rebuild of my team and sell most of my riders soon. But first, I'd like to secure the second place...and win the Vuelta with Dokkum
