Hmmm, seems that my top guys still cannot beat the older guys. That is a real shame for my planning. I guess I miscalculated 1 year. Lorens, Naz, Pequeno and Tirlea are simply too good. My guys where supposed to win races and gain mood this year Gommers is 32 and in my squad since he was 18. Spent a fortune on him for 14 years of wages and he still can't win if the oldies compete. I guess he wil have to wait another season and then he has three seasons to strike. Congratz for Helder. He is going to win this division easily with these 4 plus Stroh if he doesn't get any inuries. Giro is coming up! What are everybodies goals?

First victory for Naspa after many podium finishes. congratulations.
In Giro I would like to end up with a jersey. Don't know yet which one to go for. Stage victories will be very difficult and depending on other managers strategy.
Same for croatia.

Seemed a good day and a well suited race for the old all-rounder Lameira. No high expectations over here for the Giro. Just giving some riders their contractual races.

Congrats to Stroh, I'm happy with the second play of Meslin. Thanks, 1st gc for him and I'm very glad El Gringo is going strong! Saltao by far the best today. For me, 3d place in the youth race for 20 year old Van Hoolwerff, not bad behind two 21-year-olds. Thanks, Saltão lost the sprint stage and there are better riders for sprint, so he focus in this stage and delievers nothing for me today only youghsters for xp. Nice win for Pequeno to bad for Pratte but only 32y old so bright future ahead! Thanks, he is making is way you with style Hmmm, seems that my top guys still cannot beat the older guys. Giro is coming up! What are everybodies goals? Arno, from what I see seems that the right age is 33/34 that riders have the capacity to fight the 36/37y. Not a good age because they with 33/34 are already old. Lets see if the possibility of implement an high increase till 26y and then a slow one could make riders with 27/28y fight agains riders with 33/34y. I know I have 4 very good riders well trained but I don't want promotion because I will probably lost them next season and I would prefer to be in div 3 this way I can fight next season with my riders with with 26/29y and Stroh. About Giro I have to see what will be my main goal but 1st I have to check the standings after sunday. By the way, I hope you guys had a great christmas and I hope for a wonderfull new year

Congratz Naspa! Well deserved victory. I will be hunting for stages in the Giro. No ambitions for the GC if Naz is participating Apart from my leader I'll add three stage hunters to the line up. Last spot is still open. Maybe something happens with injuries etc. If you don't want to promote Helder, I wish you good luck. The gap with Naspa is already big and I have no clue if Polleyjean wants to promote. As long as you keep using your 5 stars, you'll win points. Altough it is true. With riders of that age, you'll better off in division 3. Yes, I had a great Xmas, hope you all had too!

Helder, Be VERY carefull wil implementing that (till 26 high gain in skil and then slow...) - That way the game wil lose a complete generation (the once that are now between 25 and 31-32) .. So if you guys decide to do something to make 26-30y riders 'more competitive' (what i support!!!) You have to do that very carefull in 5-8 seasons!!!!!

We are working on that for a few weeks now, changing the trainingspeed is the easy part. Finding a fair solution for the existing cyclists (without doing a restart) is much harder. The best way seems to convert all the primary skills (kind of resimulating the training under the new circumstances). The target for implementing this is (probably) season 21.

It seems like Croatia is used for XP for young riders. Heroes, Quiller and Melres with 100% youth. Carapaz with Gregorczyk, Berdios with Luz and Pollyjean with Hingant. Only Naspa has a team with multiple challengers.
Will be an interisting tour. I guess my team has good chances of scoring some points. I am targeting the first two stages and a top 6 spot in the GC.
For the PJ and MJ it is interesting to see that all stages have 2 sprints per category, which means that the winner of the last stage could end up with both jerseys.

Happy with Hingants position so far to pursuit GC. Ramos also seems to stand a good chance. Hoping to get some money with Yout classification as well. No stage, PJ or MJ aspirations here.

The best way seems to convert all the primary skills (kind of resimulating the training under the new circumstances). The target for implementing this is (probably) season 21. Most tricky part will probably be adapting transfer values and wages in your plan explained above. Possibly you could create some very serious side-effects even with minor changes. People who can't afford their own riders anymore or a total change in how the transfermarket works or how many riders people can have. This can influence the entire game and balances who perform quite well today, possibly ending up in having to change values many times afterwards again and having a situation worse than today. Please consider this very carefully. Seems very difficult to predict what effects will take place. But you guys probably knew this already.

No, tomorrow I'll go full in with my GC rider, but he won't win the stage with his fitness. Only thing I hope is that I don't loose both the MJ and PJ.
Who will be the contenders for the stage?
