Hi,
this is going to be my 2nd season in 3rd division and my goal like last season is to win stages and gain money
Teams in div:
1. De Kasseienstoempers-new generation riders; fitness trainer 2. Berdios Pro Cycling -promoted 1st div 4; mix riders; fitness trainer; scout 3. Quiller Boys - mix riders;fitness trainer; scout 4. pollyjean - mix riders; scout 5. Ngogo United - relegated from div 2; mix riders 6. Fifafriends Pro Tour - bot 7. Pedale Bolognese - mix riders 8. heroes - new generation riders; scout 9. Naspa Achne 26 - relegated from div2; mix riders; scout 10. Melres United - mix riders; scout 11. Carapaz - promoted 1st from div 4; mix riders; scout 12. Samoa Team - bot
Don´t know what will happen but seems that teams relegated are the favourites to promote again or Berdios Pro cycling
Good luck

To my opinion our division is quite balanced this season. Excepts the bots, I think all teams will have their moments of glory. Kasseienstoempers and Ngogo are for me now the favorites for promotion. Heroes and Carapaz (not really a mix, is it?) are consisting of mainly younger riders and might be facing relegation.

More then half of my team is also young riders... But also 'some' reasonably good riders that are older (getting too old)... It will be a difficult season, but two bot teams will help to try and avoid relegation...
The goal : 5 victories, making some money, make 'the next generation' ready for victory in twee seasons... And ofcourse : avoid relegation at all cost.

It is correct that I have a fitness trainer, but that is from the “old days”. I don’t want to fire my trainer and I don’t want to pay money to reduce it further than 10. So I will never use it.
After winning first division in season 11, I started, probably as the first manger, with a future strategy. Sold all my successful riders, earned a lot of money on them and invested in the new talents and new leaders. Since then, everything went according to plan and my oldest riders, in their early 30’s, are ready to compete. This season is really important to me. I somewhat realized that in the end I miscalculated 1 season. I think there still are way too many old, first generation riders active.
In my long term plan, I had to finish 3rd last season, which succeeded. According to the same plan, this should be the season where my boys would start winning, increasing their mood and win the division to promote to 2nd division.
For the first time I have little doubts. Melres United’s old riders are clearly the best riders of the division. They will probably win all races they participate. Luckily he has only a few. Ngogo has a lot of oldies and so do certain other teams. I saw Naspa bidding on older riders. That could be a huge setback for my boys and I am curious how competitive they are against the oldies. In flat/hill races, it will be tough to beat my boys, the same when it is a real mountain stage with hardly any flat. In allround races, I think my team cannot compete against the oldies.
This season I want to win races an hope to win some points or mountain jerseys along with these stage wins. My team won’t fight for GC’s generally. Kasseienstoempers has no U21 cyclists, so 0 points for me in these races. Nevertheless I think I have a good chance to finish in the top 2 of the division and secure promotion.
I wish everybody a fun and successful season with lot of discussion on this forum!

Very curious about the new competition in our division. I think the average strength of teams has increased a little with the new teams entering.
Kasseienstoempers has everybody's sympathy with a wonderfull new generation who is 1 year stronger and can take stages anywhere and there are many of them. Scoring jerseys will be more difficult. Prediction 1st-2nd Naspa mix of ages but many riders who could after a first glance score points. Could maybe win the division if he feels like it. Prediction 1st-3th Melres has a few very good oldies who will score victories and jerseys for sure but they can't be present every race. Prediction 2th - 4th spot. Pollyjean my wages went down a lot last year. I now have some kind of mixed ages. The older ones can from time to time win races and jerseys but not enough to end up in top two. Prediction 3-4th spot. Berdios PC a few oldies that dominated 4th division. Quite a few upcoming riders that are probably too young for 3th DIV. Prediction 4-6th spot. Pedale Bolognese a team focused on the flat where they will perform. Have difficulties in other terrains. Prediction 5-6 th spot. Quiller has only a few oldies and many many youngsters. Will have to struggle for survival? Prediction 6-9th spot. Heroes levis and the youngsters. Can Levis keep them in 3th division and will they keep their strategy? Prediction 7-10th spot. Carapaz being the only one, killed 4th div and will sit on a mountain of cash. The present riders don't seem adapted to 3th DIV at first sight. If cash will flow everything could turn around. Prediction 8-10th spot. Ngogo many older riders that seem powerfull. Favourite based on wages. But barely active. Prediction last??? could range from first to last based on activity
Good luck boys and girls

And my first mistake Somehow I did not put Zulani on 100%. Now he raced on 75% and finished 4th. That sucks because I thought he had a very good chance to win.

Well one of your main opponents didn't register so that gives you some margin for error

Ngogo hardly logs in. I doubt that he even is going to play.

Ngogo hardly logs in. I doubt that he even is going to play. About teams that didn't login for some time, I send yesterday an email to all active teams about the new season and also about sponsor. Cannot do more about it.

Hi there, haven't had an active division since long . Looking forward the the season, my goal is to stay in 3th and let my young riders ripe a bit more. Lots of them pulled by my scout . The fitness training is for my 4 oldies, decision was to buy more oldies or go fitness, so here we are. Since I change trainer every 20 weeks it won't be for long that I'll be training fitness. 8 weeks to go I think. First race 5th place, and my youngster second in standing, lets say that that's the goal, a white jersey.
