Road Race U21. 60% join the race. Let's hope the other teams will make an effort to participate too. So the price money will be a bit higher. I hope for a good result. 3 in a row would be beautiful. But I guess there are some with better terrainskills than mine. The attacking points are not 100% in my favour. But who knows. I've got already 6 Worldchampions in my team. Great. One thing is for sure: WE KEEP PARTYING!!!

I honestly agree with your prediction. Although I think I have the topfavorite for the WC adult race, I have Schulze all ready to shine on that day TTT is still unknown and considering your U21 ITT certainty, I believe you can win that. I am actually not sure about my U21 WC race, I have only 1 interesting rider for that. Good luck next week, I am excited for the outcome Schulze will be hard to beat. Flat hill specialist and if I read your msgs good he has sprint and TT too. I've got a 3 cyclists to fight against him. Roland, Lezzani and Thomassin. But the LS skills don't allow me to attack fully with all three of them. So I'll have to take an important decision. Which one will I put forward? The one with the higher flat or the one with the higher hill, or should I go for the one with the mountain skill? Sprint, downhill and TT are as good as the same for all three of them. It surely will be difficult to beat guys like Schulze. But my supporters have nails and thumb tacks. My cyclists are at this moment with the medical staff for a new blood transfusion. I asked for some cortisone and EPO too. The bikes are being prepared with a small engine. I bribed the motards to help my cyclists and to disturb the course of the main competitors. And I gave the judges some nice fringe benefits. (Took a real bite out of the budget) So if you win, I will fire my entire medical and mechanical staff and I'll crash the judges cars. Good Luck!!

AND THE LAST WORLDCHAMPION of DIV 3:1 IS FROM...
TEAM ALESANA ...
RENO THOMASSIN
In second place and winner of the silver metal
SAINT-CYR LEZZANI
They have beaten Schulze who was the big favorite. ALL Worldchampions of Div 3:1 are coming from the same team. Instead of firing my staff members, they will get a raise. And a big party!!! The judges are invited too. (Okay, I have to buy them a new car now.) I wonder if there are any other teams who won all 4 WC...Yes there are in 4th Div. And probably in 5th too. Sorry Bart, but your Schulze did NOT win. Reno Thomassin attacked 4 times (and still was the fastest in entire 3rd Div), Lezzani 5 times, Roland helped to slow down the peloton. The trainings during my season were focussed on the WC's. Next week will be a very, very calm week for me. With only a few cyclists 100% fit. So perhaps Schulze can win a stage.

I saw the race rapport. Schulze at part 26 was 2 minutes in front. He is a flat specialist, but his hill skill is less than I thought. Thomassin passed him in the final hill section. Lezzani passed him in the final of the race. I guess Schulze had a hunger in the final of the race. Average skill of the team (without Quintana): Flat: 9,7 Hill: 8,7 Mountain: 8,2 Downhill: 7,8 Sprint: 7,6 Time: 8,3 All 4 cyclists have skills 7+ You see peptalk helps.

THREE IN A ROW!!! ERAY CLITUS This is a massive week for ALESANA. SEVEN Worldchampions (Div 3:1) in the team.
I doubted between Clitus and Gama. Clitus lacks some sprint and mountain. But with good flat (8+) and hill I took a risk. Wonder where Gama would end if I let him attack. Top 3 teams are on the podium in reverse order. And what's more: I've beaten ElGringo!! (Melres United in 2:2) (Sorry dude, couldn't help it) I didn't had luck yesterday. My rider took a fall and lost time in the beginning and wasn't able to recover to fight in the finale. Congratz for the 4 WC wins

Congrats Chakra and well deserved, I hope you made some decent money last week! Schulze has 12-7 flat and hill and 5 descent. But his form was maybe not good, because he lost even 40 seconds per hill and followinh descent. But I lose, than I am more than happy that you will win it . I already made more than my pre-season targets and even the one new target during the season

You surely had a fantastic season. I'm glad you made your goals during the season. I congratuale you with your fantastic season and your promotion to 2nd Div. Hard to get there, but even harder to stay there. I really hope you'll have succes there, actually I'm pretty sure you will. And congratz with Schulze the best cyclist in Div 3:1 with over a 1000 points, with 6 victories and several podium results. Saint-Cyr a 15 - 7 flat hill and 7 descent. (On all skills minimum 7) He attacked on 1 - 3 - 5 - 7 and 10th AP). Reno has a 9 - 13 flat hill. (on all skills minimum 7) (own pull some seasons ago) So the hill sections were in favor for him. Amazing that with only 4 attacks (1st - 2nd - 7th and 8th) he managed to win the stage. Gave him the day before a new contract. Idem for Clitus (U21 WC) and amazingly idem for Ripanu. (TTT WC). All three with bonuses but 0% wage increase. Glad you're going out of the 3rd Div. So I can win some more stages. No seriously, it was/is an amazing and an exciting season. Had lots of fun on this topic; Wished there were some more guys like you to keep the forum alive and the stages excited. It was always a struggle for thinking out the best strategie to beat you or c@isse. I wonder what happened with c@isse by the way. At the beginning he was really succesfull, but at the end he didn't win that much anymore. He had good results but one way or another he didn't manage to win a lot. Perhaps the fitness situation killed him? As for me it was a hell of ride this season. At first I had the idea to make my team younger and relegate. But I soon realized I had to win stages to survive. Had to sell some of my better cyclists (age 33 and older) to stay away from bankrupcy. I even sold a 10 flat that was supposed to ride the WC Road race. Didn't want to lose my trainer. Have a youth scout which I didn't want to give up either. And he pulled me in 24 weeks 8 cyclists. Among one with LS 3. Unfortunately he must find another one now. I faced the $0 a couple of times. But yes, financially it was a great week. A positive result of +500K. But that is what the game is about: managing the cyclists and the financial settings. And now the final week. Just hoping for some good results (top 10 places) Normally my WC riders should show their jerseys, but most of them are too tired now. Not fit enough. Though I used the epo-trick this update for the elder ones. (only 5%) Wish you all the best for the coming week and for next season. I'll be following you.

This is the final week of Season 16. We are losing 6 teams and will be welcoming 6 others. The ones who will leave us, we wish them good luck in their new Div. Leaving for promotion and many many congratulations and lots of succes: BJA Cycling team with a massive 6395 points (so far) C@aisse d'Impasse with a convincing 5125 points (so far) Leaving for relegation and lots of succes, sorry we see you leaving us: bbwarriors Herenthout1 (bot team) Silver Backand St. Etienne Cyclo team with 1514 points (so far) Flying Toad Team with 1646 points (so far) It will be tough to catch up 129 points, but you never know.

Hey what's happening? Can't you win anymore? I thought Lezzani would be top 10 with some luck top 5 but first!!?? No way! He started with 90% fitness. Nevertheless he was glad he could take revenge for his 2nd place in the WC Road Race. He still won't pop in LS. damned. Sadly only 6 teams enlisted this stage. (+bot team).

Haha I don't know. Maybe the motivation is gone Waeterschoot will take the nr1 position I believe. I will be following this division next year also, I expect nothing less than a championship, Chakra . I will probably spend half of my budget on 1 new flat specialist, after Schulze, I dont have anybody else. With mountain I have plenty of strong riders

I can understand the motivation is a bit gone. After winning 14 stages and several podiumplaces, the jerseys etc... But there are still a few stages to go. So come on man!! Keep up the spirit. "Fight to the finish!" Whether I will go for championship I don't know. I've got some several elder ones. Had to sell some toppers (IMO) and have a 35 year one to sell. Probably for not a great amount of money. I'll sell some 20 year ones too. Some with decent skills already. So I'll run most likely again for 3rd place if possible. It will be my goal to win stages and get the team inspired to grow in skills. But promotion??? And of course get the finances ready for a possible survival in the seasons to come. I guess I'll be running (cycling) for promotion in season 18. It's a hard world in 2nd Div. I allways made a financial loss there of 2.5 mill. Due to the pover results and to the high cost of trainer and wages. Still hope to win a stage this week.

Reno Thomassin showed his WC-jersey won the final stage of season 16 and a mountain jersey on top. Ch tried to follow him but had a short of sugars in the final hills.
ALESANA finishes 3rd in the GC Div with one victory more than the winner of the GC Div BJA Cycling Team. But what an Eneco Tour of BJA: ends 1 - 2 and 3. (and 6 and 21). Fantastic for Bartje.
As for the best cyclist in our Div Friso Waeterschoot came close to Hans-Josef Schulze. But Schulze survived the attacks of Waeterschoot. Well done.
So congratz to the two promotion teams and good luck for the relegation teams. Hope to see you soon back in 3rd Div.

my season fell away...totally disheartened with the game. I think the game is poor. winner takes all and nothing if you are 5th or lower. Great for you guys winning all the races and getting all the money, and getting even better riders, and winning more etc. Maybe I should have been relegated oh well try better next season...hopefully!
