Haha ofcourse, but no EPO. Only hard work and train harder . They are old rider, so training is useless. Therefore I rather train their fitness. Ilie for the mountains. Schulze for points and Guiggi for the yellow jersey. Moneywise its still good, just bought a good 29 year old rider. You are solid in 3rd position, how are you doing with your income?

Haha, it's a tactic ofcourse using fitness. I have a trainer fitness 5, but I very rarely use it. Actually I'm against training fitness during a tour. But hey, it's your choice. Wish you good luck with your three goals. And seems so far so good. As for me it will be only the youth jersey. (To prevent you from the great grand slam ) Financially I'm losing money every week, somewhere between 20K and 200K. But I'm still healthy, approx 1M. But soon I'll have to sell one or more of my cyclists. Probably one of my leaders and my elder one Roland. There are these two teams who run away with the big money. Let's say it's part of the fun in the game. Calculating and recalculating the financial balances. I hope to win some in the San Sebastian Clasica and a bit in the TdF. Enough to compensate my costs.

success in the U21 race again for Ofsak! i even got 2nd too. I must of scored more points with youngsters this season than the seniors.
I bought heavy and have been selling back at a small profit. I never sell less than I bought for unlike in the past.
still have over 40 riders which is too many but I have no fitness training skill as cannot afford more than one skill for my trainer at the mo...
Got a strong team for the vuelta but not sure on tactics yet...might need to og for stage wins only again. worked sort of for the TDF - picked up a couple.

Yeah Andy, Well done with your youngsters. I thought I could win this race, but helas. Yours are better. Next time I will try harder. My Vuelta team is far from the strongest. I hope for a top 10 place, but it will be very difficult. Guess it will be morelikely a top 20 place. Vuelta is also a contract race.

I can see why you think it is not fair to use fitness coach in a grand tour. And I don't even disagree. But because I want to win back to back championship, I simply don't care. I have my trainer high on fitness and spending money on that and now don't revenue from that investment would be a bit naive. Over 40 riders, wow. I have 22 at the moment. So you are beating me at something, wheelnut I hope we can battle well in the Vuelta, with both. On youngster I cannot compete with you guys, I have a few nice 18 year old talents, but no one exceeds skill 5 on anywhere.

Highest mountain for my youngsters is a 5. But helas sprint 1. I'm training them especially in flat. and those with a 7 and no talent get some TT. 29 cyclists in my team with 12 youngsters. (Already sold a few) And some nice guys in it. My own pulls still need a lot of training. Though Van Eynde was a fresh pull and won a stage. Highest flat = 7,8 and will be 8 this weekend (Ihope). With just 5 flat trainings. Unfortunately he is already 20. So he won't compete with the youngsters next season. (Total skill=19). And some others with flat 7 but no FA in flat.
That was one of my goals this season. Making the team younger.
As for the fitness training. It is a choice you make. And yes it can help for the grand slam. Still 20 points to win for the green jersey. But I think Aubert will win this one.

I think so too. Only Schulze can maybe take the points. He has good sprinting skills. Even the yellow jersey is still undecided, where I lost 6 minutes in the final stage at the Giro. But the main goal is the league, where I have extended the lead. My youngster will improve, because the majority is only 18 years old. Did you guys achieve your goals set before the Tour?

Well congratz Bartje from Praag. You did it. TJ, PJ, MJ and TeamRanking. 500 points ahead c@isse. Won't be a problem to keep the lead in the Div.
Goals for the Tour: None, except the youngster jersey and 2 top 10 places. Didn't achieve that.
Goals for the Vuelta: youngster jersey, 1 stage win.

Aha, Schulze and Ilie not in the Vuelta! Great! Surely preparing for the WC? And I'm pretty sure you've got some other cyclists as good as Schulze and Ilie. So, I'm not very hopefull for the Vuelta. But I'm hoping for one WC in my team. Perhaps even more.... And my youngster has a flat 8 (it was in 6 weeks with trainer 16) Not bad. Guess he's got a good FA in it, not?

my youngsters are nowhere near 5s in anything! i think i have one 5 and some threes and lots of zeros.
A good start to Veulta form me picking up sprint points and a fourth but early days...
With no fitness coach will suffer later on in the tour. the spread is 4, 4, 2 between 20% back fitness.

Yes it will be difficult. We lack some 32% fitness against BJA (fitness 16 for now). But I reached 1 goal out of 2. A stagewin. It was a while that Becucci has won a race. His second victory ever. He was a youngster then. (U21 Paris-Roubaix in season 10). But since he's talented in flat, many wins to come (I hope). And van Kerm (a fresh pull from last Sunday) has to finish the Vuelta for my second goal. Perhaps Vuelta can bring me a second stagewin. That would be awesome. Can I keep dreaming....

I was surprised to win that U21. And I am glad to see that you guys are achieving your goals. I am glad with the Vuelta start as well. All those second places make for good money and points I am curious how the the TTT will shake things up. Keep up all the good work guys

My guys don't have enough TT to end up in top 5. Highest is a 6. So... Guys it will be pretty shaken up. Just like the cocktails last night. Had a party last night, I think it was fun.
