But they already have a choise. They can choose whatever they want to train and i think that you should do it like this: 1 skill=100% training a skill 2 skills=50%training a skill 4 skills=25%training a skill .... Because then you get the same amount of training just divided over different choises

but i can't train the same rider at two skills at the same time, so 50% it's bit harsh

I've made up my mind: training now is ok to me. Training two or more skills at the same time (even at a lower speed) makes cyclists develop too fast, in my opinion. To train your cyclist on different skills in the same week, but one skill at a time, makes training too complicated, I guess. One would lose the overview of his cyclists.

no the point of thsi topic was to be able to pick teh training for every rider individualy, not training the same cyclist at two or more skills at the same time! i think this will never happed and shouldn't happen

No I mean if you put in 2 skills to train let them all train on those 2 skills but they only develop their skills at 50% of the time That means they still get 100% training but it's divided over the different skills For example: if you train 10 weeks on mountain(100%) and 10 weeks on flat (100%) and your cyclist gains 1 skill level for both or you train 20 weeks on flat and mountain (50%) they would still gain 2 skill levels in the same time

u can do that by switching the training from week to week! i don't see the point in making the servers calculate double for nothing

Hm, I hadn't thought about fitness training... That would indeed give an advantage to people with a trainer with fitness and possible other skills, which ultimately means; the rich teams, because only they can afford such a trainer. So, ok, training won't be changed then. Just like we decided in the beta
