Can it be possible to select for each individual rider what skill he is going to train? I like to have some good mountain riders, but also some riders that are specialized in flat stages. In real teams this is also the case. To do this, a team offcourse needs a trainer that can train more skills. I think this is a big improvement of the game, because the tactical aspect of the game will be bigger.
I'm curious what you guys think of this.

i think that the way is now is good! if you want a rider with flat, and you are training mountain you can still buy it!

Well, if you want to create a top flat of mountain rider, you can't just simply buy that rider easily. I don't think they will be on the transferlist that often. And in a manager game like this, it is funier to create that top rider, than just buy it.

I'm against because: with this system people with a great trainer will benefit the most, and if the starters ( like schizm) want to they can buy a trainer with 3 on 20 in a few weeks, this would make it harder for starting teams to get higher up!

It's always hard for a starting team to get higher up, but the other teams won't benefit more than starting teams by this... If a team that participated from the start of the game, spends his money on a trainer, he cannot spend it on a scout or buying a rider at the transferslist etc.

yes but in real life normally a team concentrates on 1 training for example 2 seasons basso trained as hell on time trial, this doesn't mean he didn't train anything else but he just concentrated on time trail

But you say also that Basso concentrates on time trail? Does that mean the whole team does that?

I think it is a very good idea Geno. It's more realistic. Only thing is that the wages for a trainer with three times 20, must be very high.

That's right but that's your own choice. If you really want to have a trainer with three times 20 you must accept the negative wage increase. I think it's a good plan.

I think it's another good thing for older players... newbies will be 'killed' that way. so I'm not a big fan
