Even if it's not that great of an influence on the results, it's a bit strange to just link some things together without much logic behind it. I don't mind many things having to do with many other things as well, but it should make sense. Height and weight have very little to do with ones possibilities to adept to hot/cold/dry/wet weather conditions. If those forecasts wouldn't already exist, i think any suggestion in this direction would have been kindly rejected. why not link performance in hot weather to the place the first letter of the name of the cyclist has in the alphabet? and their ability to ride with snow to their age?
the only link that can be made and makes some sense would be with the nationality of the cyclist. hot weather would be better for italian and spanish riders, cold rainy weahter for dutch and belgium, etc.

But I don't agree on the other part, for instance bad weather has an influence on the amount of falls in real life too and cyclists who are technically better can avoid these falls better then others !

yes they can, but this makes low bravery/steering cyclists worse, and i thought that wouldn't be done?
