Now I would like to talk about the FA. I think the difference between FA=0 and FA=20 (will it be 10 now? ) should be way less. The only usable cyclists are those with a good FA, those with a low FA are useless and their training progress is just ridiculous compared to those with a good FA. (I think there were cyclists who didn't pop in 10 weeks (low levels) and cyclists who kept levelling up every 4 weeks (till medium levels)) Maybe take a look at the english wiki pages, there are some changes made for FA

Hm, so if I understood right, a rider who was popping in mountain skill fast don't have to pop equal fast in - for example - flat, right? Of course above 10. For me, that's a quite realistic solution.

I understand the idea behind the "no FA before 10" rule, but in my opinion it is to high. I could be wrong but it probably will take like 3 seasons to train someone from an average 2 to 11 (the first pop where you can really judge his trainingspeed). Searching and discovering talents was always one of my favourite parts of peloton v1.0, waiting that long for it would probably destroy a lot of the fun. Since the FA for every skill will be different and only 1 skill can be trained at atime for all your cyclists. I think a "No FA before 5" or 6 rule followed by a period where you can only see the difference between skillpops of a FA 0-9 and a FA 11-20 cyclist would surely be adequate.

I agree, I really think 10 is too high. And certainly if there is no possible way to find out if you even are training the right skill. 3 Seasons of training and then you find out your cyclist isn't suitable for your training

Agree that "no FA before 6" would increase the fun factor. Eventually we will have Youthscouts who will find new riders with starting skills of "4", so "no FA before 5" is a bit low. But until someone trains their YScout up quite a bit, we're only going to be seeing "2" and "3" as a highest skill on new riders, and it will take a season+ to train them to "6"....which feels like enough time to start being able to evaluate them in RL . Also - are riders on new teams going to be capped at FA 1-10, or are there going to be some superstars at game launch?

o oh, that means the game won't start right away. It means having a lot of luck you're training the right skill.
for example you have a cyclist with talent in hill but you started training mountain. You discover the training isn't good so you start training TT, you discover it isn't good so you train something else. Untill you finaly start training the right training, in this case hill.
pff this sucks a little I'm afraid
