I second that. I'm planning to train TT for a while for the new engine. But it would be a shame if the new engine isn't ready by next season, because I don't want to weaken my team. I'm sure that you put a lot of effort in it and that it is not simple, I really appreciate it! But a fixed deadline would be nice (if possible). Keep up the good work for this wonderful game! While I personally enjoy working with deadlines in my professional job, I don't like to make them for my hobbies The time I am able to work on the game isn't predictable, unlike a real job, so even if I set a deadline, there's still a chance I won't make it. But the goal is to have the RE ready for the funraces this season. I have some vacation soon, so I'll have some time to work on it

The tactics are limited to 4 (help, attack, final sprint, save fitness)
The amount of tactics that you can use depends on the leadership level of you're leader. right?
Witch tactics and at what level can u use?
You get the firtst 5 points (levels) for free.
Is it like this?
-5 points (for free) you can use the tactic attack
-10 points (leadership level 5) you can use the tactic final sprint
-15 points.....
-20 points....
Something like above? If so, how exactly?

No, initially it will be 2 points for an attack, 1 for a helper, 2 for a final sprint and 4 for a save fitness.
Something like this

Where does the leadership-level fit in?

Well, when you want 2 cyclists to attack 5 times in total, 2 helpers and 1 for final sprint, it will cost 2*5 + 2*1 + 1*2 = 14 points.
So your leadership cyclist needs at least 9 leadership to use this scenario

will it only be the leadership of your leader determines the team tactics, or will it be the sum of the leadership skills of your five riders?

Leadership of your leader only!

If you have only one rider with 14 of leadership, and the rest has 1 or 2. It's for the better to use that guy all the time, is that correct? Because otherwise your options are always limited.

you allways get 5 points for free, so tactics will also be possible with 1 or 2 leadership. The more leadership, the more possibility's you get in tactics.

Any progress? Perhaps a date when it will be implemented in the fun-races?

Any progress? Perhaps a date when it will be implemented in the fun-races? Another question to ad to this one: How much sprint would a cyclist need to jump out of the peloton for an escape? 3 sprint? higher?

I think every cyclist that attacks will create a gap. But the higher the sprint, the bigger the gap will be. So a cyclist with 1 sprint probably won't escape because he can't make a gap bigger than 10m Probably you will need a higher sprintskill in higher divisions. Will the gap a cyclist makes be dependent of the sprintskill of the cyclists in the group from wich your cyclist wants to escape?

I think every cyclist that attacks will create a gap. But the higher the sprint, the bigger the gap will be. Absolutely true ! Also a cyclist with sprint 1 can succesfully attack. No, the sprintskill in the group is of no influence for an attack. A succesfull attack depends on the speed of the group, the higher this speed is the more difficult to attack (sounds logical, no ;D). The speed of a group is mainly based on the skills (terrainskill, timetrial) of the cyclists in this group (and especially those of the "helpers")
