What are your riders time trial skills? It's the most important attribute for "staying away" and also for helpers / the speed of the peloton.

I'm wondering on what the engine is based if attackers stay away in a race or not. So for me it does not make much sense. How can far more superior cyclists not be a lot better. How can he close the gap between 3 superior attackers, with max 3 helpers (he had 2 attackers) who have far worse skills... this was in my division 2 seasons ago far better cyclist then some user but no chances for me. Tell us your team.

Deux Nouveaux in division 7:12. The TT-rates are indeed not spectacular (from 1-3). But I don't even think he has one rider with 3TT. But even if TT is also important to stay away, someone with 8flat-3TT should be able to make better breakaways on a flat race part than someone with 3flat-2TT right?

TT has nothing to do with brakaway You need sprint to break away and TT to STAY away
