Question: in the announcements is told season 27 will start July 14th. Now the calendar says it will start July 7th. What is correct? It gives us only 1 day to prepare...

Hi Peloton managers, update is done and now we are ready for another season. This is the rest week but you can always check contracts, buy merchandise, set sponsor contract and give a look in the transfer list for cheap riders. We made some updates in div 4 and 5 for this new season, lets hope this will make it more competitive. 1st stage of the season 27 will be day 7 July, don't forget to set your team. For any doubts please check the forum, there is always people to help. Good luck Good Work!!!

July 14 should be correct. I’ll contact Helder. First impression calender: Nice, love it. It will be puzzling. Stage 1 Vuelta a Colombia: Medellin-Santa Helena: ITT with 3 Attack Points ? Strade Bianchi has become a sprint stage? No AP? Tour de L'Avenir: 3rd stage is a U21 (which is correct I think) First 2 stages: any cyclist can be subscribed. Giro d'Italia: twice Pinzolo-Aprica. (Different distances etc) - 2 Individual TT? TdF Antwerp-Huy No AP? San Cristobal - Laguna de Montebeto: Single stage with sprint and mountainpoints?

July 14 should be correct. I’ll contact Helder. First impression calender: Of the 6 first weeks... Nice, love it. It are all existing races so strange that these things haven't been discovered before. I think stage 1 in Colombia won't be a problem. I tried te set my team and the only option I had was to save fitness. Strade Bianchi is indeed a sprint race. That was the wish of Naspa. Tour de L'Avenir is a U21 tour so that is really strange. I'll ask Helder to adjust. Twice Pinzolo - Aprica indeed, but 2 different stages. 1 with late attackpoints. And indeed 2 ITT's in 1 week. Like I mentioned, I wanted to make a calendar where you need to make choices and there should be room for everybody to win races, if you make a good estimation of your competitors. Therefore we startwith 2x Adelaide street circui. 1 is a flat sprint race, the other a complete flat race. If you don't think you have the strongest sprinter, you can try for stage 2. And there is another sprint race in week 1. In week 5 you have 2 hill races, so you can chose which one to send your best hiller to. I deliberately did that kind of things to give the less stronger teams more chances. And with a huge amount of different races in week 3 and 4 it is impossible for any team to have a good rider in all these races. So, choicec, choices, choices.

FixedThanks again for reporting Chakra. Some stages were never used so no one had a close look to fix them. We have in the db 1481 stages and many of them never used. In the beginning many manager made stages and they were added to the db but since every season managers opted to copy real calendar stages we keep adding new stages and we forget the old ones. Arno this season opted to check the box and select a combination of new and older stages.

@ab normaal: It’s what Bam created the past few seasons (see thread of season 26). Just wondering whether we can expect it for s27. Eager to start planning 🤘🤗

wakkerzeelcycling you can edit the season 26 version by changing the race id's in tab 1

Since all races were already in the database, it's in fact just a matter of changing the race ID's.
