at what age is it not worth training a cyclist anymore? I think I have seen 36 but could not verify. I have some cyclists at 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 and older and wondered if I should keep training them?
Is there any increased risk in injury if I do so?
As another question, does training speed or effectiveness drop off with age and at what point if it does?

Train till he reach 36 after that the train will only slow the decrease of the skill. 36y will be when they get the top of skills so till 36 you should train if the rider is good, if not train a new one. All riders have a risk of injurie in training, also in races it dependes of the injurie skill they have(ocult). The speed is equal to all riders till skill 7, ofcourse depend of the trainer skill, but normally a rider will take 4weeks to pop up skill till skill 7. After that depend of the future hability of the rider in that skill, you need to have an excel sheet and regist the transfer value every week after skill 7, if the number rise weel he is good to train in that skill, if not you should select another skill to train. Riders with good future hability usually take 6 weeks to pop with a top trainer. Hope I answer your questions
