Classifications

Some suggestions for the different classifications:
- Standings of a tour
   * maybe put also the teamname next to the cyclist in standings of points-, mountain- and youngsterjersey (don't know if there's enough space to do that)
   * now that the importance of the youngsterjersey has improved, maybe give the best youngster a special jersey in the general standings (like point en mountain). So you can quickly see where the best youngster is in the general classification.
- Standings of division
   * add an extra column for the number of youngster jerseys per team

- Not enough room, the layout can barely handle very long cyclist names.
- Nice suggestion, I need to see if this is possible without changing
- This would mean an extra counter in the standings, so we can only do that before the start of a new season, also have to make sure there is enough room and if it isn't to complicated
