With each sunday evening update you gain 20 fitness points for each cyclist. If a cyclist is set for fitness training he wins 1 additional fitness point for each skillpoint that the trainer has in fitness.

Thanks! Another question: is it wise to give a rider no instruction, if you don't want him to compete in the bunch sprint, but you do want him to finish in the pack?

Yes it does. But it is perhaps better to assign him as a helper. So he can help the ones with flats or falls and bring them back to the bunch of the peloton.

If you have an tactic point left, better set him as helper, then he at least helps other cyclists in difficult parts or your final sprinter in the finalsprint.

Ah OK, and if I put a rider as an attacker but I don't set a point of attack, will he still attack?
