With the new engine there are some new tactics:
Attacker Save fitness Helper Final sprinter
Will the cyclists fitness decrease the same if he rides on 70% in all this options/tactics or is there a difference? Can someone explain what is the difference so I can calculate this for my riders..

A cyclist with save fitness races at 60% and will loose 1%. The fitness loss of a cyclist with another tactic will be the same as normal; so 70% is 5% fitness loss and 100% is -35%.

Thanks, so there is just a small difference for the rider that uses save fitness as tactic.. he will perform worser in that race but will be better in the next race comparing to the others. Thanks!

seems a small fitness benefit for using a tactic point!
