You mean grouping countries per team in a subdivision, within the World division? not exactly ? Although renaming 2.1 to "Belgium 1", 2.2 to "Italy 1" , 2.3 to "the Netherlands 1" and 2.4 to "Others" (?) (with subdivisions on level 3 for the medium countries) could work to. Some other stuff I was thinking of to improve competition are the introduction of the form skill (which I already discussed with you earlier) and changing the base percentage for races from 65 to f.i. 50 . Which could result in bigger differences for those who go at 100%, but also more time needed to recover. But for these kind of changes it would be nice if we could test the impact first. The intention would be to create a larger diversity in stage winners, but if these will come from the same teams that are winning races now, the competitiveness would not really benefit from it.

Oeh, I think I really love the idea to decrease the base percentage to 50! Much more tactics then and more/better opportunities to go for a stage win, a larger diversity of stage winners and I think it's benefitial for the competitiveness between teams.

I also like international divisions better but I think being the top, a top 5, or a top 10 of a nation works better as a motivator as being among the best 2nd division teams. SO that is why I suggested reimplementing them somehow. How about National trophies at the end of seasons? a couple examples: - Most wins by a team in a season (regardless of Division - so just one winner, even if in Division 5 racing against Bots - it's a motivator!) - Highest placed team at end of season (awarded to the team ranked highest in the highest rated division (so #12 in Div 1 outranks #1 in Div 2) - Top scoring riders from each nationality, again regardless of division (awarded to the team that owns him at the end of the season?) Award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy, because more trophies=more fun.
