As it is now we have these funny funraces ... but you cannot organise some real competition because - due to the running season - you never are able to send your best 5 cyclists with 100% fitness.
If we had the option to start a funrace where every cyclist automatically starts with 100% fitness we could organise some funny competitions with the funraces - e.g. a tour for a closed circle of managers.

Even better, from testing perspective, would be to give the hosting manager the option to set the race up as 100% fitness or as-actual fitness.

It's a good idea, I'll keep it in mind for next season.
I'm currently working hard on preparing the RE2 for the actual competition, but this also has an effect on the funraces code. So I won't be able to update the website (for everything involving (fun)races) until next season.
If I have the time, I'll implement it on the testwebsite (we will make an announcement very soon about this test environment)
