perhaps the mountain jersey for the first time... Ter Burg has 20% less fitness then his rivals and with 3 mountains to go, that will be difficult to maintain the lead. Thnx to the incredible advantage in the first stage Barbez en Louwagie are still 1st and 2nd, but the advantage probably won't be enough. Little bit disappointed that Snappe had a flat tire again, but the green jersey will be for him if he won't get injured. Looking forward to what my new man Feron can do in the final stage. So far i'm really positively surprised by him and with 4 riders among the top-5 in the GC i'm starting to dream about winning the Tour, but the last stage is not really for my riders and 3 of them are allready 20% lower on fitness, so it will be very difficult, but it's very nice for a change to play an important role in all classifications.

Hmzz.... Wisigoths will be pretty upset that Dunbar got injured during tonights training. Number 2 in the GC of the Vuelta and would have probably won the green jersey....it's whole new ballgame now and completely open who will win the points classification.

Wow, completely missed that. I did wonder why Gondouin was leading the green jersey.
On today's stage, disappointed by Gondouin's TT, I expected more after what you said. He actually lost 3 seconds on Gonon!!!

He actually lost 3 seconds on Gonon!!! Gonon isn't that bad in ITT....he ended 5th in the Giro (completely flat), but your other guys spoiled my podium. Hoped Lucassen would ended more upfront, because now his chances on the green jersey are very, very small, but....for 1 day we have the most fans of The Netherlands! Now it will be 3 days of suffering again, before the final stages of The Vuelta and Poland are coming.

my 7th win today... Hope to have some more this season, but it will be very difficult I think. Congratz! Still 8 races to go, so there are some opportunities. Very bad day today for my team....not a single point in the intermediate sprints, so the dream of winning the "green" jersey is definitely over. Probably 2 more days of suffering and then the final stage in Poland....can't wait for that one!

My new rider Feron won the mountainsprint in the first stage and i'm really looking forward to see what he can do in the last stage. The mountain jersey is not my main goal, but Poland is the first Tour this season where i have a chance to do well in all classifications. Little late that i brought in some climbers and that i figured out how to win the green jersey, but old men like me are allways a little slow.

Now it will be between Bonnaire en Gondouin. Exciting!

I've just set my tactics for the last three races...
hope to win one, but it will be very difficult because it is mostly flat...
Wisigoths is in a losing streak...though luck!

Wisigoths is in a losing streak...though luck! well if you sum up the km of the last 3 races (Zuri, Paris-tours and Lombardia) and take the multipliers into account (*1.5 hills and *2 mountain) you get these numbers: Flat: 298 Hill: 276 Mountain: 246 Downhill: 138 FTFY: It is mostly Flat/Hill and mountain ;D

Paris-Tours is the only one of the three were i have serious chances to have a good result....the other 2 are not really my cup of tea, but....the final stage of Poland tomorrow and i really hope that i can get some nice final classifications and the last 2 stages of the Vuelta should also give some decent results. 25 wins this season should be a very nice number.
