Not sure if this is a bug, but in my finance statement for this week, it says that my staff will cost me $124,622. However, the wage of my trainer is only $114,622 (skill 18) and he's not learning a skill, he's going to stay 18 untill the decrease.
So why does my finance statement tell me I'll pay $10,000 more?

Looks like the projection for staff salary may just assume you'll do the same training you had the prior week with the salary for this week.
For example, I have an 18-skill scout at the same salary and my projected wage is 114,622 on both the finances and training page. If I set him to train, it does NOT add 10K to that.
If you trained him to 18 last week, I'm guessing the code for the finance page incorrectly uses that 10K training cost again.

That seems like a logical explanation for this bug.
