Fun races intended to encourage new teams could be setup each week. I've done some for next week by setting up 5 races over different terrains where riders are allowed a maximum Transfer Value of $120,000 (not sure if this is about right for max TV a new team's rider might have?).
If you join the game in the second half of a season these fun races might be the best chance you have to get some success... The welcome news message sent to new teams could give new users a link to these funraces...
I've set up these races for next week - with races titled to show what skill riders they might suit best:-
"New Team - Flat" - (Jayco Bay)
"New Team - Mount" - (Tour de San Luis)
"New Team - Hill" - (Grand Prix Cycliste la Marseillaise)
"New Team - Mixed" - (Tour de Delhi)
"New Team - Individual Time Trial" - (Mantes-La-Jolie-Orleans)
