25 cyclists to train will stay maximum. Also this suggestion makes the rich richer and the poor poorer.

hey!!!!! thats unfair!!!!! IF you come out with a super expensive price, nobody will buy!!!!! make sense!!!! at lease about 1 million etc...... the idea is good only the price and the cyclist training limit........ I am sure that anybody that have a rich team will not waste such amount of money!!!! even the real world will not do that.

Sounds like a bad idea, like raymondc says, it'll only make the rich richer, by allowing them to keep obscenely large teams to train. And I don't believe that in most cases it took a lot of hard work. If you play this game for a few weeks and then restart till you land in a low activity 4th division, you can easily get a lot of money.

How about the option of sending the whole team on a training camp for a week?
All cyclists will be away and ineligible for races in that week. Supportes will leave, you can't race, but you will get more training - maybe 20-25% extra or so.
