Some managers (like me) try to participate in all races, even if they can't win. I propose an extra sum of money, for instance €250.000 at the end of the season for those who participated in all races.
When you do that, managers will be stimulated to participate in every race, and win bonus will increase, which will make it possible for everyone to gain a lot of money when they won.
Now, there is a huge gap between the best and the worst managers. Some of the best managers (of course not all of them) only participate in races they can win. The worst managers can only win one race in a season, but when there are only a few participating teams, the worst teams will stay poor because they didn't win a lot of money in that race.
To make the gap between the richest and the poorest a little smaller, I thing this may be a good idea. Otherwise, the poorest teams will stop playing peloton-game, and that's not what we want, is it?

Last season, there was a bug that cancelled my subscription for the first race. So I wouldn't have this bonus despite I should have deserved it...

I dont think its a good idea to give a big bonus if you participate in all races, because of what bouc just stated above, its easy to forget to subscribe for a race. But the global idea of rewarding teams that participate in many races is good. Although i think this is already implemented with the new supporters feature: if you dont participate you loose supporters, so teams get fined for not participating, which is almost the same as giving a bonus to teams who do enter a race, right?

(+4000-7000 sup) + normal suporters but if you dont play you will have ALL your (normal) suporters (3000-5000)

At least 3. So 0, 1 and 2 cyclists will give some disappointed supps. 3, 4 and 5 cyclists will give NO disappointed supps.
Sorry for the unclear info
