I feel that this may be good. I think most of the people don't play this game because of the country change. My solutions..... 1. Allow teams to change their team to another country when they like. After they set which country to change then it with goto that country after the season. 2. Do a League Named Worldwide. This is because some teams don't have their countries in the servers ( this means the player's country name is not in the server) This is for the ones that have this situation. 3. Delete countries like Bosnia & Herzegovina, Denmark, Greece, Ireland etc.... Because they have not enough teams that they stack in only division 1:1!!!!! Teams that their countries been deleted will be putted into the " Worldwide " league that I said just now. I hope you all kind of like it. ;D

What if you are in division 1:1 in Belgium and wish to move to France? You start in the lowest division? What with the gap created in the Belgian division? Sorry, I don't like this at all. Everyone will move to the country with the least divisions so that they can play in a high division without any effort to gain more money. And with players in a same division talking in different languages, it would not improve the game community wise. I have decided not to merge less active countries this season because I am working on version 2 of the website. It will be a major upgrade from the current website and I think (and hope that when it is launched it will attract many new players. These countries might become more active rather soon, so I feel it is a bit premature to merge them when I might have to undo it a few months later.

Ok. Now a bit negative.. I got another Idea to solve this. This is named "Change league no change division"
This is like you Belgium in division 1:1 I saw some teams in the divisions are bots. At the next season you will replace the bots and its done!!!!!!
if like you are in division 1:1 in USA and you want to change to france but the france league in Division 1:1 is full, You have no choice. go down to division 2:1....
I hope you are happy with this modify. Admin.

We are still working on some other aspects in the game that need reviewing too (like the contracts). « Last Edit: Yesterday at 9:51am by Il Padrino » i hope that includes the trainer too....because I noticed that :
to have a trainer with 20 skill for just one skill costs : 400.000 to hire him and to make him delighted cost a salary of $28,700.00/week.
I have bought one with two skills 20 with 800.000 costs to hire and a salary to be delighted $57,400.00 /week.
!!! IT's more economic viabil to buy one with just one skill 20 and to train him in 20 weeks for onother skill BECAUSE his salary remains the same 28.700. The ideea is that the salary of a trainer delighted trained weekly ( ex: 20 in one skill and 1 in other after a week of training ) should also increase and be the same as the the salary of a newly hired trainer in that week, with 20 in one skill and 1 in onother skill and also made delighted.
you can now have a delighted trainer with 28.700 salary/ week + costs of 200K ( for training him 20 weeks ) with 2 skills of 20. or a trainer with 2 skills 20 with double costs of hiring and double salary .

and the cost for one point of training the trainer should be incresed and be 20.000 like the diference beetwin hiring a triner with the skill 19 and one with the skill 20.

Although a wage change for trainers who are trained to be good is realistic, making it equal to that of their 'real value' isn't realistic.
If you go to a company that invests in you, you are happy to accept less money as a salary, and you want ask as much when you do negotiate about it. (Don't know how the contracts are being redone, but maybe it's good to allow trainers to demand less money if you promise to train them)

The reasoning behind why the wage isn't adjusted, is because a) training costs money too b) it takes a long time to train from 0 to 20 so it only starts to benefit when the skill is reasonably high. And by then, a random skill will be lowered also.
Sometimes it can be useful to train a trainer, but you can also immediately buy one with the skills you need.
And remember, you don't have to increase the mood to delighted.

i was talking about delighted as a even moode, to compare the salaries. i still think that the point of training should cost 20.000

Can you tell us something asap. I have to buy a new trainer next week.

At the moment there is no automatic wage adjustment when the trainer increases/decreases in a skill.
