I fear this inactivity will already cause a lot of people to drop off. Who will we then be selling our abundant cyclists to ? And will it be fun to restart the game with a whole season of competing against 3 other teams instead of a possible 10 ?

The thing about restarting is that there will be new people comming in so it should not be a problem after a while. The new ruels would count and after two seasons we would be as far as we were befor the crash.
But of course i would prefer to keep going as we are.

Starting again would be challenging for everybody, also for me that I have the team in 1:1. Actually, I think that Peloton wouldn't gain any user, it would even lose some of them. Therefore it's better to go on, rather Il Padrino should implement new important features, for example regarding strathegy or national teams.

The game is constantly being updated, so starting over with every new (big) improvement would become very frustrating to all the players.

Starting from scratch only if a huge update like 2D races and some others great features to start from 0. If this updates are not going to happen no need to restart. Hope someday this game can get that huge update and we will have a better and most exciting peloton.
