how this work?it works like other training type? how could be possible to restore fitness for races?i've do a team for paris nice and another one for tirreno adriatico..now for sanremo i've no one with good fitness a think....fitnes should be restored a bit each day if a cyclist haven't a race..not just one per week... best regards..

others question in relation to fitness: i must train fitness to reboost it or i can train what i want and it will return up even if without training it?

fitness is up 20 % without training every week (week-update , on sunday-evening ?), training fitness can give you an extra % (if your trainer has a skill of 5 for fitness, fitness will be up 20 + 5 = 25 %)

so, my cyclist will recuper their fitness in five weeeks?in three race days at 100%(fitnesse go to 0)and then for recover it i need 5 weeks?a bit silly..calendar of first season ends on april right?that would say one cyclist that has done paris nice will return in fitness in a month plus one week..a good team how many cyclists need to partecipate well at each race?at least...is there a percentage which i don't loose so much fitness?i must run on giro or tour at 10% to arrive at the end ?

very simple ... like in other online games you have to learn the rules and if all is not explained you have to to found by yourself "how to do" this will make the difference between a "good" manager and a "normal" manager ... about the Fitness if you start a 100 and run at 70% your fit after the race will be 95 ... if you run at 85% , after the race you'll have a fit of 90 etc etc ...if you run at 100% your fit will be 65 ... the formula is (or near) (fit after race)=(fit before race) - (Intensity) + 65 for a tour with 3 race like Paris-Nice, if you do 1-70% 2-70% 3-75 your fit will be after the 3 races of 80% so next update you xill recover the fit 100 and your cyclist will be ready for next race ... for the first race a lot have put 100% without knowing the result ... so some lucky have win one race or more but her cyclist are now "out" for 2-3 weeks ... this is only strategy, this make harder choice , so it's give the game more "soluce" and more interest .... so to answer to your question , you must to run "the Giro" or "Tour De France" with 70% intensity to maximize your chance your cyclist go to the end and keep a good fit ... sorry for my bad english it's easier for me to translate english to french

with an exemple it's easier i don't remeber if i placed the Fit Update correctly ;D and as i have never seen a fit update may be my calculation are wrong , but here is how i see this pb: look's at the Giro: start with a 100% fitdi 6 feb Piacenza > Cremona Giro d'Italia 70% ->fit=95 wo 7 feb Busseto > Forli' 70% ->fit=90 do 8 feb Cesena > Saltara 70% ->fit=85 vr 9 feb Civitanova Marche > Ma... 70% ->fit=80 za 10 feb Pontedera > Pontedera 70% ->fit=75 (fit update : Fit + 20 ) and more if train Fitness so Fit=95 zo 11 feb Alessandria > La Thuil... 70% ->fit=90 ma 12 feb Rovato > Trento 70% ->fit=85 di 13 feb Termeno/Tramin > Plan ... 70% ->fit=80 do 15 feb Sillian > Gemona ... Change 70% ->fit=75 (fit update : Fit + 20 ) and more if train Fitness so Fit=95 zo 18 feb Pordenone > Passo di S... 75% ->fit=85 ma 19 feb Trento > 70% ->fit=80 next fit update : Fit + 20 so Fit=100 your cyclist is ready to race again ....

now it's clear...i know i must discover somethings like fitness...but would be better if some details where included in rules(where about fitness and fitness recoverage nothing is mentioned..)this is one point in favour of tactic..quite absent in this game(Or do u consider tactical the material choice too?) of course would be better if i could give some tactics in race to my cyclist instead of asking them to run at 70% just to preserve fitness...
