I don't agree that it would be 'illegal' to buy a cyclist for a value that's higher that the indicated transfervalue. This transfervalue is just an indications of his skills (like TSI in Hattrick, if you wish). The amount of money one would give for a cyclist simply depends on the supply and demand.

Could it be some kind of feedback of your report?

Someone tries to buy my riders at a price higher than his Market Value... I dont want to lose my team because of someone.. Please tell me if it is normal. if no one takes it into consideration to report it, it is no problem. If the buying team links to your team (same ip, etc.) then your current team and the buying team will be banned.

Could we have a link in the transfer history of a cyclist to report a transfer?

so if someone makes a new team and the only thing he does is bid all his money ona crappy rider nothing will happen? and if they both get locked (even if they have different IP's) than if you wanna kick out someone from your league just put a freind make an account to bid on his player ... you see the point?

Or when somebody wants to stop they sometimes buy a crappy player with all their money, then the guy who got the money shouldn't be kicked but just get a transfer sum adjustment

But that's cheating, that's something entirely different. If that happens, both teams are banned, of course.

So padrino you mean that if i quit tomorow and i buy with all my money your worst cyclist. You can't help it but you don't have to get banned do you? The buyer gets banned (he's broke probably anyway) and the seller gets an adjustment

The buyer gets banned (he's broke probably anyway) and the seller gets an adjustment I assume that each case is different. If there is a link to eachothers team, than the teams get banned. If there is no indication that the teams are '2 in 1' than there is another approach to deal with it. I think it is not appropriate to discuss this on a forum, otherwhise it is going to get very easy for 'future' cheaters to deal with it. Just my 2 cents
