In the second race of paris-nice my cyclist won 3 mountian sprints and wasn't even top 5 in the other 2. Of course this is normal in real life, but how does this happen in the game? Does he gets tired after winnen the first three? Is it because the other cyclists are escaped?

Well, for starters, each team can only select 1 cyclist for mountain sprints. So that immediately rules out all the other cyclists. And the same counts for the regular sprints. So you could say that for the sprints, your cyclist only competes to a maximum 19 other cyclists. Depending on where the mountain sprint is situated in the race, it could also give different results. If your cyclist is an excellent climber but bad in flat, he will have a bigger chance in winning a mountain sprint if there wasn't much flat prior to the sprint. If, however, the mountain comes after 150km of flat road, the cyclist would have lost a lot of time in this part and would never have the best time by the time he reaches the sprint even when he's the best climber. Hope I was clear

Indeed that was exactly what I needed to know. That means I can stil lose the mountain jersey seeing that my cyclist is bad in downhill and there is a lot downhill in the third race...

also, your player has 1 flat tire and 2 falls... and this happened maybe after the three first sprints!
Good luck for the next races! mattth (T-Rasson, Bel 2:2)
