so boucthesurvivor... does this mean that if it is the last week; - he will train the riders at his full skill level first
- then his skill level will be adjusted
- then his salary is adjusted (?)
I am under the impression that if a trainer's skill is at twenty, and another of his skills is fifteen or over, then the adjustment will be split among those skills. Is this correct? If I am holding the training of my trainer at 14, to avoid the combined adjustment; can I train him to fifteen on the update that the adjustment will happen without it affecting this process?

Thanks, as usual, for your help... If I am holding the training of my trainer at 14, to avoid the combined adjustment; can I train him to fifteen on the update that the adjustment will happen without it affecting this process? If I train my trainer on the same update will he 'learn' his skill before, or after the adjustment happens? Will I be able to restart his 'learning' right away, or will I have to wait another week?

I am under the impression that if a trainer's skill is at twenty, and another of his skills is fifteen or over, then the adjustment will be split among those skills. Is this correct? No this is not correct. One of the 2 skills (of more than 10) will drop with 10 points, it could be his skill of 20 dropping to 10, or his skill of 14 dropping to 4.

Wrong halewijn!
In my opinion (so it is on the wiki) only the highest skill or all the other skills within less than 5 difference can be lowered with 10. So example 1: skill mountain = 20 and skill hill = 14 Only mountain will decrease to 10 hill remains on 14.
example 2: skill mountain = 18 and skill flat = 14 difference between those two skills (considering the mountain skill to be the highest skill of the trainer) is less than 5. One of these two skills will be decreased with 10 points. So either he will have mountain = 8 and flat = 14 or he will have mountain = 18 and flat = 4
I do wonder what happens when these skills are for example mountain 9 and flat 8. Most logic is that mountain or flat will be zero. (so 9 - 0 or 0 - 8)

Yes, negative values are not possible. A skill of less than 10 that decreases becomes 0.
