My team has started into the transfer market and I feel I need a few things clarified please. When we find a rider for sale, on the information card we see for them, there is an offer amount and a deadline. Is this deadline firm? I realize that the deadline seems to 'slide' back as new bids come in but is there a way for this transaction to take place before the deadline? Is it within the rules, (and within the spirit...) of the game to communicate with a potential seller/buyer to personally negotiate a deal?(Note to Il Padrino) I was going to start a poll in the suggestions section but just as I was doing so I found the 'Shop' link. I plan to buy Premium in the next couple of weeks, and had been having the hardest time figuring out how to. It might be just me, but the 'Shop' link was not at all obvious to me as a link to pay for your awesome game. It couldn't just be me could it?

the deadline of a transfer is firm it only can be prolonged (with 5 minutes) if an offer is made in the last minutes. Negotiating a deal with someone else isn't prohibited but it is the market who decides the price to be payed (in other words it only makes sense to negotiate the minimum price (and the target-time) at which he will be placed on the transferlist).

What exactly don't you understand about the shop? Payment options? How to buy Premium?

Once I found the shop I understood perfectly fine.
The problem was that for the past two or three days I have been looking for a link and shop did not stand out as the place to go. (To tell you the truth it didn't even enter my mind until I decided to do one last scan before posting the poll.) I wonder if using the word Premium instead of Shop might be an idea?

For instance; I am bidding, along with other managers, on a rider and the current bids are around €15,000. There are five minutes left until the deadline and all of a sudden a bid appears for €60,000 and 'poof'... ... the sale is final. Could this happen? I am naturally a devil's advocate, (and my own worse enemy), so I see points both for and against this. Neither changes my opinion of the game. I just want to be clear of the playing field.

No can't happen, the sale will only be final on the deadline (which moves 5 minutes every time a bid is made in the last minutes).

Ok, something to improve for the new website. Thanks for pointing it out.
