When do fitness go up ? I already have 3 riders with 15% fitness because i was thinking that everyday the fitness would go up, and i am wrong ?

every update on sunday 20:00 non-injured cyclists will gain 20% of fitness.

what kind of tactic should we use in a 3 day tour ? can someone pls help me with this pls

As a rule the 70-70-100 tactic is the best,and the 70-70-95 the most efficient (fully recovered in only 2 weeks) , but because it is used by a lot of managers it is maybe better to come with an alternative. But you also have to take into account other factors like the length of each stage (don't forget to multiply hill by 1,5 and mountain by 2 here). Ofcourse all this is for tours without a fitness-update in the middle !

Sorry for the late reply, I must have looked over this one : too simulate that some terrains are tougher to ride then others the distances for hill and mountain are multiplied by respectively 1,5 and 2 during race calculations.
