Does the mood of the trainer affect training times? Mine is presently pleased is that ok?

Does the mood of the trainer affect training times? Mine is presently pleased is that ok? Yes, it's quite important. You should increase it until delighted, but it's quite expensive.

what do you mean with, "you should"? No one knows the impact of it, and it's definately not that big an impact, but it costs a lot. If you don't have a lot of money, it's better to spend it on cyclists then on staff wages.
