A couple of questions. 1)Are there any mentors out there?If so can someone please help me? 2)How many trainers do I need? Is one good enough? 3)In any tour what do you think is a reasonable % ask from your riders per race? 4)How far into debt can one go? 5)Any info on training times against ages? 6)Weight of riders.Can they lose weight?.If so how?I think I have a few that are overweight and it is affecting their performance.
I'm a Newbie here who needs [glow=red,2,300]all the help[/glow] one can get

1) there are no official mentors, the wiki might be regarded as one? 2) you can only hire 1 trainer, i suggest you hire one with 20 in 1 skill 3) standard tactics is 70% in every race, except maybe the last one. exceptions are if the update is in between the first 4 races or if you want to win a stage. 4) untill -$499.999 5) from 18 to 30, there isn't much difference in training speed. 6) nope

I Don't want to make it to complicated but on some answers I have a different view or seem incomplete;
3) When you want to win a stage with a certain rides try 100 (or mathematically more interesting 95 % - only for 3 races tours), if you want to win the tour 70% exept in the last race 100 % (or 95). But I ewpect a lot of tours with a fitnessupdate in the middle of it and there you should adjust your percentages.
5) from 18 to 34, above 35 training starts to slow down more rapidly, by the age of 40 they will lose skill.
6) riders can not lose weight - and yes heavier riders have a disadvantage on mountain , hill, and downhill (smaller cyclist or disadvantaged on flat, sprint and TT)

Tour of 3 races : 1st race 70% = -5% fitness 2nd race 70% = -5% fitness 3rd race 95% = -30% fitness
Total = -40% fitness, so 2 fitness updates (or 20 fitness trainer) are enough to put it back to 100%
If you give 100% in the last race, he loses 45% and "only" has 95% fitness after 2 updates. (so not fully recovered)
