Simple question.
I have a guy who is popping every 4 weeks at content mood. If I was to raise his mood by increasing his wages, will his improvement increase noticeably, or not much?

as far as i know, the mood of the cyclist only affects his cycling performance, not his training. The performance increase however is not worth the extra wage in my opinion. On top of that, there are way too many things that can wrong when negotiating for a new contract, and i believe the only reason to do so, is when a contract is about to expire and you want to keep the cyclist in your team. Nobody can say exactly how big the effect is of a mood increase, but it's not as big as it might look. The reason why many good cyclists are delighted is because they get delighted by winning that much, or because they were made delighted because they can easily pay back that money because they're that good anyway.

But what's the use of increasing the mood of a trainer by paying him more, just to make sure you keep him another 55-70 weeks or does he gives better training after increasing his wages?
